The staff was great, very helpful. Room was big and modern. Breakfast was great and tasty, lots of options. I am really happy with my stay. Great value for money. Ski areas are very close as well.

The beds were separate. meaning 2 smaller ones connected, I would have preferred one queen size bed. I would have also liked reserved parking on the street but I understand that it is not possible since the hotel is located in the centre of the town.

A decent clean room in a good hotel. Overall one of the cheaper places closer to Salzburg.

A great hotel, run by a friendly family. My room was really nice and very clean and the wellness area was excellent. Breakfast was amazing! A perfect, welcoming place to stay close to the ski areas at Obertaurn and Schladming.

Can only recommend this place. Great staff, great food, good beds for a fraction of the cost which you would pay for this in for instance Flachau. Within 15-20 mins driving/ski bus of multiple ski areas.Would stay again.

The funniest(?) Christmas Eve dinnerI arrived on December 23rd. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good, the staff (apparently the owner) was friendly. I walked into the restaurant on Christmas Eve. The owner stopped me and said they were serving a pre-ordered Christmas Eve menu that was sold out. It was lucky I had a yogurt snack with me on the way or I would have been without food.

Neat and typical Austrian hotel in the centre of charming Radstadt. Spacious room, good bed and very friendly and helpful staff. For those searching for vegan dining options in Radstadt (or something other then knödl or schnitzel), the restaurant boast an entire vegan menu!

Shower cabin was a little small

The staff was friendly and courteous. The double room was clean and large. Location in the center, good breakfast menu, great room price.

There was less noise and sounds comming from the surrounding rooms. Internet connection was very poor and unstable.

Comfortable beds, large rooms, wide selection of TV programs, good breakfast menu and lovely staff.

Great traditional Austrian hotel in a perfect location walking distance from the train station and a short drive to three world class ski resorts. Great included breakfast buffet.I was injured during my stay and the staff arranged an ambulance and took care of my car and luggage.Really above and beyond. Thanks! ?

Perfect breakfast. Everything was very good, place was very central, hotel was nice, warm and cozy, very nice owners!We booked dinner on Silvester and it was so special !!! We really enjoyed it! Thank you very much for pleasant stay, we'll come back again for sure :)

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He changed our room, no questions asked, so we could have better internet! The breakfast was amazing, and we had individual orders of eggs freshly prepared. Very friendly, welcoming hotel. We highly recommend!
