The hotel dosen't have parking spaces you have to look for parking all around the city... but they give you a card for free parking so you don't need to pay..

The location is great. Nice, very clean, well heated and spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Very polite staff.

Very nice breakfast.

We did not get a king sized bud but just 2 beds pushed together. The menu at the restaurant is reather small.

The location is great, four major ski resorts in driving distance (20 mins.). The city itself has a lot of charm and offers plenty of services around. We really enjoyed the wellness.

The reception is closed one day in the week. While it did not affect us directly, I would pay close attention to the arrival / departure date.

Very good breakfast. Large room, quiet and warm

Perfect location, easy to find and convenient parking.

The saunas have been opened only in the afternoon and have been crowded. A longer opening time would be ideal.

Breakfast

During booking, we unfortunately didn’t notice that restaurant was closed on Sunday, which normally is a convincing factor for us. Key pickup was very well arranged, but some of the lights were not working when searching for our room. One of the rooms was categorised as Superior, although guests on the roof terrace could literally walk through the room’s windows. Very strange, if we had known, we would not have paid the extra for a superior room.

Hotel is clean, in the center of the city. Parking is secured. Rooms are big enough. Breakfast id fine, many options for everyone.

Sauna was closed (with explanation that there is no enough interest) without previous information. Beds in the room are connected double beds (it is not king size bed). Towels are old and stiff. Coffee on breakfast is not tasty.

The room was spacious and I enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the central town square. Breakfast was excellent.

Not a big one, but I had to ask for an iron instead of just having one in room.

Great breakfast buffet, great location in Radstadt, 20 minutes walk from the train station, 2 mins from the closest bakery and the tourist information center. Excellent Spa facilities, the pictures dont show it clearly and don't do it justice, but there is: a Finnish sauna, an Infrared Sauna, a steam room, few showers, some paddle pools in the middle of the room. A great place to chill and relaxe after some ski trip. There wasn't much snow when we went so we had to take the bus to Untertauern to get to the cross country ski area, and this is easily done, the bus stops/starts close to Intersport Rappl on the other side of the river. Room had a balcony which was nice.

Furniture/bedding could do with a little refresh, it does look a bit dated, mattress was very soft. Curtains couldn't be closed all the way.

fantastic large room, the staff are great - thank you to the wonderful evening waiter he was amazing. Dinner was delicious and portions were large. the breakfast was plentiful with a large selection

Poor breakfast, no sound isolation in room, the door between rooms were left unlocked (luckily our friend stayed in there)

Breakfast was not fresh and no warm meal options. Hamm was with bad smell and multivitamin juice was sour. Not good sound isolation between rooms and doors was not locked between other people room and our.
