- Great service, the staff goes beyond the expectations to provide a great service. The rooms facilities are a bit tired, still in the mid-80s. The food quality and the staff commitment absolutely compensates for that.

- The only recommendation would be to keep water in swimming pool much warmer. The same applies for the air in whole wellness

I was expecting a better rooms, specially the bathroom. It feels pretty all and small wardrobe even tho for me was enough this time. But with the people working there and how kind they where with me every time it compensate . Such a nice people smiling to you all day and being really helpful.Jacuzzi was missing ;)

Our skiing-holiday started with some misfortune, so the vacation had some trouble taking of. But this exceptional hotel saved the day! Great location, more than wonderful staff, lovely bar to have a beer after coming back from the slopes, to be followed by very very good meals in the in-house restaurant. Everybody staying in the hotel ends up dining there every evening. A special room to leave your ski’s and shoes to dry, next to the parking area. Everything works, nothing is broken. Felt really at home.
They might start thinking about a future modernisation of the bathrooms. Ours was still sufficient and flawlessly functional, but I see almost no other options for improvement.Not cheap, but wonderful value for money.
