- The food was excellent and the presentation was outstanding. You would have to go to a high class/ Michelin star restaurant to find food and presentation like this. The owner, his family and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very near the ski lift, about 450m away. There was a ski bus that could collect you from outside the hotel. Parking at the ski lift was free. The area surrounding the hotel is very scenic. Radstadt town centre is a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. There are paved paths for cycling and walking between Radstadt and Altenmarkt that pass through beautiful countryside. Electric mountain bikes and regular mountain bikes are available for hire at the hotel. The hotel also has a golf course for the summer season.

- Snow conditions not the best (as all across the alps!) but this of course was no fault of the hotel !
- Room was cold at the arrival, bathroom the coldest place in whole room, heating was shut off in the middle of the day. When you sit in the room you can feel the cold air around you. Not a nice feling, specialy for the price you pay. They won't see me there anymore. Television was the size of a small monitor (I have bigger monitor at work).

A very cosy family run hotel where breakfast and dinner at night were always "occasions"! Christmas eve and Sylvester Avond in particular were very special and hosted by the family with entertainment provided by local musicians. Food exceptionally good and the room was very comfortable indeed. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly.

The Hotel is very nice and we spent excellent time there. Owners were very kind and helpful, same as other staff of the Hotel, especially Mr.Ivan who made our stay more pleasant.The food was more than excellent.The view from the balcony was enchanting.We really liked everything and will definitely come back.

We were made very welcome- they even provided a small bath robe for my granddaughter!
