- Beautiful View
- The nicely designed and spacious rooms, former parts of a textile factory, are a great place to rest and to make a small walk to the breathtaking views of the Walensee, specially from.this side of the lake. Taking a swim at the lake from the beach side, next to the camping, with the views of the more than 2.000 metres high mountains right in front of you, super steep, is an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel was extra nice and made us feel great at the facilities. The gym is also nice, which you can access from 8 am to 9 pm in the building in front, entrance D. We didn't take the breakfast because we had still a lot of stuff from our road trip, but it looked really good. I also.appreciated the Rituals soap and.shampoo that are supplied in the bathroom, nice touch. And there is also a shared terrace at the first floor, with all lofts, that we used to have dinner with our daughter and observe the mountains, great. In the lofts, both beds are comfortable and spacious, it was really relaxing to spend time at that loft with high ceilings, nice design and comfortable and big beds.I would definitely stay here again if we plan a trip to the Swiss Alps.
- Compensated by the location - stunning views.
Cons -
- The breakfast could have a bit more. But it was great service.
- Self check-In was a little confusing with the different buildings. But once you have found clearly the main entrance by following the Hotel directions, it is pretty clear with the room names and numbers. I was missing a mini fridge in the room, for the rest everything was great.
- It's basic, 'industrial-style' hotel..strange experience checking in with glitchy self-service. assisted by helpful person on reception, while the manager for some strange reason refused to investigate...might have been a bad day otherwise perhaps not suited for hospitality?!?

The cordiality and kindness of the staff really stands out. They even went extra mile to serve us (we had 2 small kids) a very early morning breakfast much earlier than the usual hours. Really appreciated that.
the location, right next to the lake and with a nice modern style decorated and with plenty of light. friendly staff and very comfortable. we traveled with a dog and they also had everything prepared to make his stay also great
that we must walk to the breakfast to the restaurant about 300 m away from hotel. normally a nice walk specially with the dog but as we had quite rainy days it meant an extra shower…
Excellent room - great for families (room set up with separate alcove for kids). although - no bathtub for kids (just fyi). Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
nothing - all was great.
Breakfast was good. The breakfast is served outside the hotel, In a restaurant located 300m aprox. from the main building.
We booked 2 nights through booking and then we extended our stay through their website , taking advantage of an offer they sent us. When they presented the bill, they add taxes that were already included at the price fixed through booking, added charges for the children's bed and crib were it shouldn't have been charged. Doble check your bill or pay directly in advance through booking.com.The room was not cleaned during our stay ( 3 nights) the towels were changed once one of our friends who was also staying complaint about at the end of the second day. We were traveling with a baby and two toddlers. No one came to empy the bins so we had to take the used diapers outside the room ourselves. It was like housekeeping didn't exist!
The spacious room
We didn’t get room service and when we complained, only the towels were changed.
Very cool motor loft where you can park either your bike or motorbike inside.Rituals toiletries in the rooms.Breakfast is served in their lakeside restaurant, a 5 minute walk away.Outstanding reception staff.
A bit on the pricey side but worth it for the cool design and the stunning breakfast.
- free car parking- room was very spacious- soap & shampoo are from Rituals (very good scent!)
- room didn't have a coffee machine- no free water bottle, but plenty of food/beverages with a price tag in the room: wine, water bottle, chips, salty snacks...- breakfast was really disappointing: only a single waitress serving all tables (which I saw refilling bread their bare hands), no cereals, no sweats, no croissaints (after asking for it, she brought some croissaints), bread was definitely not fresh (most likely warmed in the microwave). The waitress brought two plates to our table (without asking) with cheese, ham, smoked salmon, pouched eggs and fruits - we didn't touch the food, it didn't seem fresh. Suggestion: 1) a buffet style breakfast would work better and 2) please improve the variety and overall quality of the breakfast.
the view out of windows is amazing room is large and comfortable shower and bed are excellent parking is safe and nice excellent breakfast
river noise is not so comfortable while it's hot and no air conditioning so you must leave windows open during the night restaurant is not good
I liked the rooms, facilities, friendly staff and excellent view of Walensee from our room.
Location is bit remote. There were no restaurants except one in the location.
We all loved the hotel! It had a very beautiful view of the mountains. It is totally worth it to pay extra for the view. The room was clean, spacious, modern, with good temperature in the inside for winter. I loved that they use shampoo, body lotion, hand soap of the brand RITUALS. The design of the rooms is cool and you really fell very comfortable with the big size. We loved the restaurant of the hotel. You have to walk like 4 min to reach it as it is literally beside the water body. The breakfast was amazing! It included fruits, breads, eggs, proteins, yogurts and you could repeat as much as you want. We stayed there for new years eve and we payed for an expensive 6 course dinner, but it was totally worth it. Me, my partner and family are definitely coming back. We went to ski to Flumserberg and stayed here in Murg, you just have to take a train and i think is only one stop away, so it really easy to get there. I would stay in Murg to go to ski in Flumserberg or explore the surroundings. Because there is nothing in Murg, beside activities in the lake.
Nothing negative to say. We loved it.
Great location, nice and comfotable room with lake view, delicious breakfast and dinner at Sagibeiz, sweet staff. Special thanks to Georgia and Shota at the front desk ??????
Nothing to mention, thanks to all the team ?
