Amazing view of the lake; the family suite was super spacious and comfortable

The fire detector was in a weird place - right near the cook top. So the alarm for the whole building was triggered while cooking something

It was a beautiful place right next to the lake. The dinner and breakfast were amazing!! They have free parking for your car. If you want to kayak or SUP, there is a store right next door were you can rent one.

There is no A/C if you stay during a heat wave. They did provide 2 portable fans. The additional bed (pull down bed) was uncomfortable; the regular bed was comfy.

The location is breathtaking. It is very beautiful.

The restaurant food is too expensive. I am ready to pay but the food should be at least tasty. Firstly, the waiter got us wrong order on top of that it tasted awful.

The location is stunning. The place is calm and very relaxing. Owners have been available most of the time and open for the feedback.

The rooms had no air-conditioning. We visited in August. Having 30+C during daytime made our only night there sticky.

Lofted rooms made the upper level where the bed is very warm on a summer evening

The location was fantastic, with amazing views. It was great to have cocktails and dinner right at the lake. Breakfasts were excellent. There were paths for walking along the lake and up into the hills above Unterterzen. Front desk staff were welcoming.

The only room for improvement would be a refrigerator in the room.

Great location next to train station, on the lake with kayak/bike/scooter rental next to hotel, boat dock next to hotel to visit other towns on the lake for lunch/dinner. Outstanding hotel breakfast. Cable car to Flumserberg was a block from the hotel. Wonderful option for older kids/teens with mountain coaster and ropes course.

Great small village in this incredible hotel, lake view was beautiful, it had everything and not needing to go anywhere.

Restaurant was closed for dining. The patio was open to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

Great location by the lake and close to cable cars to Flumsberg ski. Staff at reception and Inthe restaurant were very helpful and courteous.

The mattresses are very soft and not comfortable. Also the room decorations are a bit old and do not create a very nice atmosphere.

A very scenic location first of all. Right by the shores of lake Walensee, it gives for some stunning views of the Churfirsten mountains overlooking the gorgeous lake. Very spacious family rooms in a very good overall facility. The staff are courteous as always, but so is everyone everywhere in Swiss ;)Special mention for the restaurant and food. I think we put on a few kilos binging on the everything-so-tasty food.

A pool or spa would be a nice touch, but I am not complaining.

Great location on the lake with easy access to the cable car to take you up to Flumserberg. Friendly staff helped us with a late check-in. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms.

Oh, where do I even begin?! This place was fantastic! Honestly, Klara at the front desk was just the sweetest - so welcoming and helpful, she really made us feel like we were at home. And the breakfast? Don't even get me started! It was amazing, with tons of choices, and the lady who looked after us there was an absolute gem.But honestly, everything was great. Our room was spotless, and the view from the restaurant? Wow! Just incredible. Plus, being so close to the ski lift meant we could practically roll out of bed and onto the slopes!If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Unterterzen, you absolutely can't go wrong with Marina Walensee. We loved it!

Ugh, talk about a disappointing experience! We drove an hour and a half from Zurich to have dinner at the Marina Walensee restaurant, only to be told by a grumpy waiter that they weren't serving food, despite being told it was open until 11 PM. After some back and forth, it turned out they were serving food, just a limited menu. But honestly, the waiter's attitude completely soured the whole thing. Such a shame, because everything else about the hotel was lovely!
