Great parking ,no reception but housekeeping was there to help with the liftBeautiful lake close by for a quick swim or viewCute restaurant close by as well (pricey )

Everything was good but I think breakfast could have one or two more options

The code to enter was not a hassle to obtain. We were sent the necessary links during the morning and had the code shortly after.The woman who greeted us was friendly and helpful.The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the staff made the sofa comfortable for one of us to sleep without having to ask.Breakfast buffet was good even though there were barely any other guests in the hotel.Well kept accommodation.

The second floor was a bit annoying to reach with the elevator, the door didn't unlock from outside.The door to the bathroom should be replaced with a wooden door so that the light from the bathroom doesn't bother people sleeping in the room.

The staff was nice and helpful

The room was consider small, some noise from the street, only one chair in the room

We stayed here while skiing Flumserberg. It was a great location if you have a car. If you come by train or bus, I think it would be good, as the bus stop is not too far away and it's only one stop for the Luftseilbahn Unterterzen Flumserberg AG (Gondola). Parking at the Gondola was easy. The hotel provided a nice European style breakfast. They'll cook your egg fresh, whatever style you want. Parking is provided. Very good showers.

The beds are ok. 7/10. It's two singles put together, so if you like to cuddle, it's a bit of an issue with the dip in the middle. The bathroom and shower were excellent.

Getting the codes to the rooms, an absolute palaver & we eventually got 1 room code 20mins after we were in the rooms! It seems apparent that the hotel wants minimal interaction with its customers. Codes required on nearly every door. Despite several message exchanges through booking.com we still struggled with this hotel’s methods. I’d stay again as I now know the system. It’s definitely not user friendly. As for the view of mountains, this was a little disappointing and in our opinion misleading. We had 1 window that looked out at the end of the building to the mountain and lake area. It was a glass door in reality. Fair enough it had a view but not what we expected.

The place is great, it's clean, comfy and with attention to detail. I recommend it.

For some reason there was some really loud thumping around 8pm, throughout the place, during our stay. We're still wondering what it might have been, since it went on for a while.

Excellent hotel, impeccably clean, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, good hearty breakfast.

It was central.

Interior Decorating is bad. To many styles in one place. Overwhelming to the senses. Could have saved money and spent it on a new toilet seat. There was a great view from the dining room but no one was allowed to eat breakfast there! It was reserved for dinner. We had to eat in a separate area even though the dining room was empty. It would have been a great view to eat breakfast in front of.

The staff member who checked us on and prepared breakfast was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great. The closeness to the lake was nice.

The room itself was very good, but we had not realised that it didn't have a bathroom. The cost of the upgrade was too much in our view. Considering that we were the only guests in the hotel we thought that a no cost upgrade would have been the right thing to do and perhaps a lake view.There were no cafes or supermarkets in the area so some coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated, or perhaps a vending machine in the reception area.

Beautiful views from the restaurant, nice and fresh breakfast. Very close to the train station.

The common bathroom could have some shampoo and some floor towels.Room from the road side and parking was a bit noisy.

Location was perfect. If you are lucky you can see mountains and lake from your window. Parking is free.

It was the first time, a hotel I booked with the range of price below 200 CHF in Switzerland which provided Netflix. and the room was so clean

I came at night and they said the hotel was self check in, When I arrived it was so dark, I was questioning where was the entrance. my suggestion is its better to provide active lighting in front of the entrance

Nice rooms and cleanliness, really comfortable and convenient location. Easy access and no fuss :)

Kettle in the room and breakfast would really improve the stay, at least a small buffet or a tray for each morning for stays 3 days plus could be offered.

Missing vending machine, in room water boiler for tea or coffee machine (how about a nespresso?), need brighter entrance or more responsive sensor... it's quite urgent for late or night check in (someone with no experience with SMART hotel might feel confused)
