Cleanliness, location and helpful staff.

Central location, parking lot, comfortable room, cleanliness is irreprehensible, breakfast.

Sound insolation is quite low.

Great staff and location. They let us keep our bicycle inside a storage room. Breakfast was good and they allowed me to get hot water for tea at 6:30.

No refrigerator in the room, only paper cups in the room (honestly, glass cups are not expensive!) and only one very small waste basket.

The location is very good indeed. And the staff members are amazing.

I think that the breakfast could have a little bit more variety and to fix the bed wooden supports cause every time I moved the bed squeaked but nevertheless I’d recommend 100%

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful - good location, very clean and comfortable.

For the price, it would be nice to get something other than paper cups for drinking - a glass cup would be nice. Also, an in-room coffee maker or at least something to heat water for instant coffee or tea - this is generally standard practice in hotel rooms of this price.Breakfast was weak.

Most things exceeded my expectations for the price. 24 check-in was helpful. They were friendly, they very kindly ironed a shirt for me free of charge, the room looked great, the shower worked well, and the breakfast was nice.

I found my mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I had a bad night's sleep, which spoilt my stay. A minor issue was I found it hard to get a parking space.

Staff was always present and helpful with all my needs. Breakfast was very good.

I would have liked espresso in the morning with breakfast. Also, an omelette would have been nice.

Breakfast was a bit poorly, can be some fresh vegetables...Dishes have a lot of cracked dishes. I think they should to improve interior.

At beginning we thought we need to cancel the booking on the same day of check in,, because of the working schedule. The manager of hotel didn't charge us for the cancellation. At last, the working schedule didn't change, but we are impressed by their friendly and kindness.

The shower holder didn't work properly so had to hold in my hand. Not worth getting the breakfast pack (Covid restrictions) - there is the excellent Cafe Belaria on the corner of the park.
