Room was super clean!

There's no front desk or ANY PERSON ON DUTY late at night or even in the morning! It's all self-service!

It’s good value for money we paid. It’s clean, staff is excellent

I liked everything

Staff was very friendly. Easy process to check-in and Hotel easy to use. Free Parking in a very quiet area.

- The hotel lobby and room facilities were clean and modern.- There was a large shopping mall (including Carrefour) right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for long-term stays.- The staff were very friendly and there were no issues communicating in English.- It was about a 10-minute drive to Evian and 40 minutes to Geneva, which made traveling very convenient. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to visit ski resorts in the Evian or Thonon areas.

The shower booth did not have a door, so water could splash outside, which was a bit inconvenient, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Cheap and accessible to main road.

Located in a shopping / industrial area, there are no restaurants to walk to close by, you need a car to visit any of the towns close by.

Hotel is located in quiet industrial area with groceries around the corner. Great view of the mountains. Room for four people was big and clean. Breakfast was sufficient for our one night stay. Shower was hot and strong.

For our one night stay we didnt find any faults.

Free private parking. Easy self check-in at the machine next to the entrance if help is needed there is a quick call button on the machine.

Size of the room was good. Good price. Easy to use the entrance codes. Wide corridors. Bed was comfy.Staff were friendly

The location was basically away from anything interesting, unless you like an out of town shopping complex in an industrial area.Room window was very small. Shower tended to flood the whole bathroom.

Relatively new hotel, inexpensive comparing to other hotels in the area (you get what you pay for). Decent hotel for a short stop during a car trip. Enough parking space. Clean room. Elevator, air conditioning. Helpful personnel.

Minimalistic style, no extras in the room (no coffee maker or kettle, no fridge, no microwave). Tiny attached table, one small sit. No full door or curtain in the shower, just a glass half-panel so the water can splash on the floor. Remote location, very few places to eat (the only close-by restaurant was closed, need to drive somewhere else). Continental breakfast - just OK. If you arrive early - everything is closed, including the lobby. To get in you can try to contact the personnel and to get the access code using the machine at the entrance (see photo).

I liked the: welcoming and friendly staff; good breakfast; modern comfortable room with a good hot shower and comfy bed; plenty of secure parking; the late checkout until 12.

There are not a lot of bars/restaurants in walking distance. However, there are still options if you seek them out. I guess the price would be higher if it was more centrally located.

I didn’t have breakfast

The check in is done via a computer and it didn’t work. I had to ring for assistance and hes was misserable. I had to wait for an email with for the code to get in…

New clean and staff friendly easy to find. and have next to the hotel gaz station , supermarket and a lot of shops

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very goof. There is a huge parking lop and it is very easy to get to the hotel.

Absolutely nothing. I haven’t seen a property this disgusting in over 10 years

The bedrooms were terrible. We had 5 rooms and all rooms were stained, mattresses stained. Blood on the sheets! And pulling up the sheets we found bed bugs - genuinely. Oh - still no refund and over €1000 euros down! Useless customer service. I will be fighting for the refund as we didn’t stay more than 1 hour at this hotel
