Hotel Mirni Kutak

Frendly staff. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Standard 3 star hotel.

Small bed size - 140x190 cm for 2 people. There was an unpleasant smell, and the ventilation in the toilet worked all night, meaning high humidity. Someone was smoking in the next room, but the smoke got into our room. The hotel is situated on the way to popular touristic plece- Plitvice Lakes, therefore full of tourists- price is not justified with services and equipment

The location to the terminal was great and the cost was good compared to other hotels at the airport. The iPad in the room was fun to play with though I like old time remotes and switches. I really didn’t need a smart room.

The layout of the bedroom was a cramped and a little. Getting in and out of the bed was a little awkward. The bed was very tall and had walls on two sides and windows on one. If you share a bed, one person has to crawl over the other to get to their side of the bed. Being over seventy that’s not something you really want to deal with.

Convenient restaurant downstairs, good kitchen and kind waitresses. Roomsyare functional. Location is kind of remote which is what we wanted.

Bland breakfast, really grandma-style rooms. Lots of noise from two neighbors (construction), not really property’s fault, bit it does kill the mood at 8AM if you have the word “quiet” in your title.

Odor of sewer gas in bathroom was strong, probably unhealthful. Shower in big bathtub. Too high for 90 year old to get in and out safely even with grab bar. No hot water maker in room.

The hotel was in an ideal location for us travelling through Croatia from Pula to Split and placing us close to the River Gacka and an easy drive to Plitvice Lakes. The hotel was very clean and well equipped and we had a very comfortable and spacious room. The menu choice was huge and the food excellent - and very reasonably priced. The owner and staff were extremely hospitable. We were also fishing in the area and had many top tips from the owner. Plenty of parking spaces and good WIFI. This hotel was perfect for us and gave us our best (and authentic) hotel experience during our 7 day vacation in Croatia.

There is nothing to dislike.

Ample parking, just a few minutes from the motorway, comfortable beds (memory foam), clean, breakfast exceeded expectations.

A bit of a challenge with two big suitcases around all the multi level obstacles between the different sections of the hotel, as well as the stairs (as the loft does not reach all levels).

The hotel is quite on the outside of the village and if you want to go to the center be prepared for a 15-20min walk

strange AC system - lound and not very efficient, you couldn't control the temperature in the room yourself. However, it wasn’t a big problem for us because it was nice temperature outside when we were there

Staff is friendly and willing to help.

The hotel is old and up for renovation. We found used package of sigarretes in the room and the bath tub felt like we were going to crack right through it.

For what i need for my tour the location was excellent, right form the check in the staff were excellent (Mia) thankyou.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food on the menu had a very good selection and was very satisfied with the quality.

Nothing to dislike

The room was nice and it was warm. There was a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is a bit outdated but well maintained and clean.

The staff did not find our reservation so we were given a two single bed room when we booked a double bed room. In the room there was a sharp edge on the floor separating the entry from the bedroom, very dangerous for the feet. The choice at the breakfast was limited. Regarding the restaurant the dishes were overcooked and the meat was dry.

You are not allowed to adjust room temperature, it was +26 during the night in the room

The rooms was nice, french bed was not really comfortable but acceptable. At the morning was problem with hot water in the shower, it was just a bit warm.The room was looking clean but at the bin was trash from a previous guest, and behind the bin was trash too.The food in restaurant was good but we wait too long for getting menu (I ended up going and getting it myself), the lady working there at that time saw us, but continued to rearrange the tablecloths on other tables. Breakfast was ok.The staff on reception was very nice and professional.

Very nice young sympathic ladies are doing a good job. Direct in the center. Good atmosphere in the evening at the bar.

Restaurant in the center is good but with high prices.
