The stuff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great and the room is very comfortable.

The room lacks basic features: fridge ( i carry medication that needs refrigeration) and no kattle - though when I asked I was provided with a termos.

Lovely place. Pretty quiet, maybe due to low season and the train was not in service. Two mins walk to the pier. Restaurant and cafe opposite the hotel, small convenience store next door.

It’s a 10 mins bus ride from the train station. Or 10 euros by cab.

Great location - 15min walk from the train station (where there is a Lidl supermarket 1 min walk away), 3 min walk from the boat station, many restaurants around the hotel within walking distance.Comfy, homey hotel - very friendly, flexible staff; very clean room, comfy bed, I had a single room which is spacious enough. Breakfast was good and ample with scrambled/hardboiled eggs, different kinds of yoghurt, salami/ham/cheese, fruits/vege, bread, cakes, and coffee/tea/juices; the breakfast area was comfy and had a rustic vibe

Nothing really. Purely as a suggestion: perhaps provide a complementary bottle of water daily (though there is a payable beverage station on the ground floor, or one could go for cheaper options getting what's needed from Lidl supermarket closeby) and a basic water kettle in the room with complementary tea bags.

Very close to the ferry pier. They have a fridge with different kinds of beverages where you can serve yourself. Very convenient when you arrive late in the evening.

Location is perfect for trips to the island on the Chiemsee, only a few minutes walk to the lake.

the bathroom is outdated and could do a with a rework to bring it to a modern state. But it was clean and all was well.

Within walking distance to the boats for HerrenInsel. Great location, easy to find. Parking on site. No elevator but the stairs are manageable. Wonderful breakfast and great staff. We liked it so much that we booked it again on our return trip.

Parking could be quite tricky, manoeuvring the car out when the car park was full was not easy.Apart from that all was very good.

Very clean, newly renovated bathrooms, friendly and accommodating staff (flexible check in, possibility to stay in a common room after check out), wide range of options for breakfast.

The proximity to the boats to Herren Cheimsee was perfect. Lots easy to get to walking. Great breakfast.parking on the site.

The breakfast has a lot of choices for vegetarians! One of the best breakfast buffet I ever had, so impressed! The room is very comfortable and had a sunset view, perfect and convenient location for any Ludwig II fans who love to go to Herrenchiemsee. The staff are so friendly too, definitely want to come again!

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Nice location close to lake. Good bicycle storage.

Really bad WiFi, and not just in our room. Even when I found a place with strong signal out in the hallway, it kept disconnecting. Tea bags were available in the refreshment room, but no hot water. No staff around after 6.

Very dated. Steps to bathroom seemed to be a safety issue. Didn’t like the shower, hard to get in and out of.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. Cosy room. Very nice breakfast with many choices. A special like for the individually packed options.

Shower cabin is rather small and it only has rain shower option, no regular shower handle, which is inconvenient if you don’t want to wash your hair every time you take a shower.

The restaurant on site was quite nice

there is no elevator. Having to seek out help with luggage was not ideal. The person at the desk needed to be sought out because he was busy sitting with friends on the patio. A better watch on what was needed at the front desk would be preferable.

A bit old but I guess it's that type of accommodation, it's not supposed to be modern and renovated :)

Very pretty hotel, very traditional and all the good manners that go with tradition. Positioned perfectly for the harbour and all the bars and restaurants and a cracking good breakfast.
