Staff very helpful. Location great. Grounds lovely and breakfast delicious.

It was warm and humid and no air conditioning. Seems standard in Bavaria and more rural properties. Very comfortable over night.

Breakfast was decent and the pool nice to swim in.

The old carpeting and furnishings that need replacing; the tiny bathroom (loo paper roll holder behind the door opening awkwardly); tiny shower stall; no decent pillow (a very flimsy single “pillow provided); no air conditioning; and dinner was not particularly good value. Garden would have been fine had the shrubs been pruned. Scruffy for what is supposed to be 4-star. Manager was not open to giving a one night refund: “I’ll take the negative review”. I think this hotel should be downgraded to a three star.Very expensive for what is offered.

Beautiful room with balcony. Close location to docks and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is very good and excellent breakfast.

It was clean.

The elevator is tiny, the breakfast is all cold items, we asked the staff to help us request a taxi to the train station the evening before, we asked again the next morning and we waited and then asked how long it would take to get a taxi and then they told us they couldn’t get in touch with a taxi. Had we not asked they wouldn’t have told us, and we’d have missed our train.

Staff was very nice! they made us feel like home and the location of the hotel is fantastic!

Room smells a bit like humidity

Breakfast was rich and the quality of the food is excellent. Facilities are new and the location is next to restaurants and center of attraction. Ps: they have a bar and a cigarette machine- the pool and wellness are fantastic.

This is a family hotel, quite loud because of children running around- wasn’t able to sleep due to kids running the corridor early in the morning. Rooms were nice but we had a used bottle in our room upon check in as if the room wasn’t cleaned well.

The hotel is very cozy and charming and the staff is very friendly.

The wellness part is a bit small for the volume of guests. On our first night, all the pool lounger chairs were ocupied in the afternoon as well as all 3 saunas. We had to wait for people to go have dinner in order to get a lounger. If you don't go at "peak" time, it is fine. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location, sauna, amazing staff and very big rooms. It was comfortable to stay in this hotel over the weekend and relax. Special thanks to the hotel's team for incredible service and willingness to help.

Breakfast could have been better and better organised. The serving points were split up, so needed to be aware of this.

Excellent location, friendly, attentive staff. Welcoming breakfast area. The wellness area was lovely, especially on a wet day. It was very relaxing lying on the sunbeds by the pool and viewing the beautiful garden. Visiting beauty therapist and E-bike hire were a bonus,

The entire hotel was spotless, the beds were comfortable, food so delicious, but the very friendly warm, welcoming staff was the best part. Thank you.

good location ,.expensive . good for sight seeing.

Perfect bed, comfortable room, spacey wardrobe, good breakfast with large variety of foods including fresh vegetables and fruit (eggs are prepared fresh for any guest that wants them!). A highlight is the nice pool that's open the whole day (several saunas free for the use of guests, too). The environment is relaxing.

The hotel is very cosy with friendly staff. Wellness nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet with a really great selection .

not worth the price

None of the fitness facilities were available. The sound and smell of the pool renovation was disruptive.
