Clean and comfortable room, in a modern hotel and location perfect for our travels. Evening meal was of very good quality. Buffet breakfast was busy, but a bit of patience saw us through.Would return and recommend.

The location is so good, closest to the park you can’t really get, but that’s the only + thing. Its like Checking in in an old James Bond movie hotel from the 70s which is quite funny to experience, but that also makes it really outdated.

Spa is closed, gym outdated, rooms really old fashioned, as the whole of the hotel. The restaurant is ok, service good, food a bit flavorless, breakfast buffet a bit cheap. We booked 2 rooms with garden/pool view but got a patio view. Overall not a 4 star hotel but price quality is balanced to that and ok. And the location and views make up for all.

Great location next to Monfragüe National Park. Large, suitable for meetings / occasions. Large comfortable room, with balcony. Good breakfast.

We love the building and it's set-up having stayed there many times. Good sized, well set out rooms. Breakfast and the set evening meal have many options and are good value. The hotel staff as always were very helpful.

We have noticed several areas/ facilities are showing signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning unit struggled to lower the rooms temperature, the Wifi was non existent in our room and only worked in the Bar area.

Nicely placed hotel for visiting the park. The half board is a good deal and almost a necessity as there are no restaurants nearby. Our bed was comfortable and the dinner was surprisingly good. Staff were helpful. Breakfast OK.

A few maintenance issues. No balcony chairs. No coffee in room.

Breakfast was good with a good variety of fruit, cereals , breads , etc. Staff were very helpful and provided good service. Dinner was good and enjoyable, with the menu changing each day.

spa not available - never opened after Covid - yet booking.com appears to show it still open!

Nice location and restaurant

In July the pool and spa area were closed. That’s pity, we wanted to relax a little bit and it was not stated anywhere that these facilities are closed.The bathroom shower was broken and full of stains. The water was leaking everywhere.Many broken things in the facility and humidity in the floors. We won’t be coming back again.

Great place with an outstanding location st the border of the national park. Friendly staff and good restaurant.

The coffee wasn”t that good.

Nice place with an outstanding placing in the natural park. Friendly staff and the superior room where excellent. Good value for the money. Nice "menu del dia" in the evening restaurant.

The breakfast was acceptable but not impressing.

Location close to Montafragu National Park. It was easy to find. Menu Del Dia was good value. Breakfast was buffet style, so plenty of it and fresh.

WiFi was not secure. Limited outside seating, but then the pool area was closed. Dinner on the last night, my partner had the Pork Knuckle, which whilst falling off the bone, so had been well cooked earlier, was actually cold in the centre; we assume it was reheated after earlier slow cooking. Possibly down to the fact that there were two tour groups in also.

It’s proximity to the National Park.

Spa and Swimming Pool closed

Location is perfect for the national park, bird watching and walking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and choice were excellent, especially as we were the only guests in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again

There was nothing to dislike, but a few areas are getting ready for a new coat of paint

The location looked to be wonderful. However we didn't get a chance to explore because the weather was terrible. We would like to revisit in Spring or Summer.

The Lady on reception was very helpful, we got two rooms that suited us perfectly. They had a Luggage trolley which came in useful. Our rooms were large and very comfortable. We had the breakfast and evening meal option which was good value.

There were a few niggles. The internet was only available in the bar area which was a fair way from our room. The bar itself was rarely manned so the receptionist had to phone for someone to serve.

The standard facilities were faded ,for example the pool and it's environs The wardrobe space was odd shapes and no light ,no plugs for charging , the balcony was an open mesh floor
