It was located close to where our friends were staying. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. Beautiful room!

Of course 300 steps is a lot, but we actually enjoyed going down the steps, and walking up the road to visit the shops along the way.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Reginella in Positano! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of town, close to shops, restaurants, and with incredible views of the sea.What truly made our experience outstanding was the wonderful service at the front desk. Emmanuel was absolutely fantastic — warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He offered great local recommendations, helped with reservations, and made us feel completely at home. Alongside him, another gentleman at the front desk was also incredibly accommodating and kind, ensuring that every detail of our stay went smoothly.The hotel itself is charming, spotless, and full of authentic. We can’t wait to return to Hotel Reginella — not just for its perfect location and charm, but for the genuine hospitality of its amazing staff. Highly recommended!

The view was exceptional. Hard to not comment on the visuals from the tile work in the suite to to mother nature outside, GRANDE and colorful is how I would describe it. As far as the hotel, we enjoyed the breakfast it was a vast menu of choices that was brought to your room at a range of time of your choosing. the location was very nice and easy to navigate - enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar downstairs very cute and cozy - nice to people watch by the windows too. staff was good and arranged transportation for us to/from. that was well organized and timely.

no full length mirror in the room, table was a bit wobbly, bed comfort was just OK, the lighting options for the room was all around too bright - no soft lighting (personal preference)

The view from the room was breathtaking and the breakfast on our room’s balcony every morning was very special.

The breakfast could be improved

Most amazing location, right off the Main Street, with beautiful views of Positano and the Sea. Great, attentive staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The room is very well appointed, very cozy with antique furniture and a comfy bed. Breakfast is delivered every morning to the room to be enjoyed on the balcony with gorgeous views.

This place is truly unforgettable! The views of the caldera were breathtaking, and breakfast was served right in our room, with a menu to choose from — absolutely amazing. The food was exquisite, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Service was outstanding; every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Overall, an incredible experience with stunning views and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

Good local. Beautiful view

The hotel does not genuinely care about the guests. Booked a transfer without informing that the driver had issues and would not receive by card, making me lose transfer fees of Eur 40 in addition to the actual transfer service cost. And making me lose a bunch of time with that.

The breakfast wasn't really nice and not that fresh. You have several options to choose/order from but it was not a quality breakfast and not really fresh. You expect much more for the price you pay... In general we believe that it is overrated. We know is Positano and everything is expensive but there has to be something more than location and view. Also, you have to pay fir the mini bar and that's not veey nice for the price paid. But again, this is Positano and everything is expensive in exageration. This was definetely not the most expensive hotel in Positano so you will not find very cheaoer in the area in high season. So, we think Positano is overrated in general. If you decide to go there, the location and view is very nice and the rooms beautifullyy decorated and clean.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many choices delivered to your room at a time that suits you. We also enjoyed the aperitivo on the balcony with great views. Also good value for money given this was Positano in August.

This property has a great location and the view from balcony is just Amazing. We really enjoyed the stay on this hotel.

Views cannot be beaten. Stairs can be challenging on way up, but it’s not that bad for a moderately fit person. The floors and table on balance were beautiful. Bed comfortable. Everything exquisite.

The views from our balcony couldn’t be more unbelievable. The location is great. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk down to the main beach and port. There are many restaurants in that area. The staff is very helpful and kind. You order breakfast that gets delivered to your room each morning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
