Pros +
- Good breakfast l. Nice terrace.
- The breakfast was wonderful, and so was the welcome drink.
- The pool and lounge bar were fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome and they were able to accommodate two Celiac patrons.
Cons -
- The hotel is definitely not worth the price. At all. It's on the outskirts of town. C location. It's in the main road with car noise. 50% of rooms are obstructed by an ugly building in front. Did not make honeymoon special.
- There could have been more umbrellas on the terrace of the pool to provide shade.
- Shower in master bedroom was leaking profusely and is a fall hazard as the tiles are very slippery (think wall tile on the floor). The tiles in the bedroom were loose in a couple of places and grout was loose which could be very uncomfortable underfoot stepping on a loose bit of grout. The Wi-Fi was antiquated, and we were rarely able to use it because it was so slow. Fortunately, we did not need to work, or this would have been much more inconvenient. There was work in our room the day of our arrival which left us without hot water the first night. The front desk offered for us to come use a shower down in the main hotel, but we were quite a distance and exhausted and so we declined. The hot water was fixed by the morning. The room my daughter and her husband kept having electrical issues. When the hair dryer and iron were used at the same time, the electrical would trip and would require reset.

kindly, helpful, allowed a series of things that made our lives easier and allowed us to enjoy the hotel. in addition to the hotel being super comfortable and well located
Nothing, everything is awesome.
Great location and the staff are the best part of the hotel. We’ve been twice now, and both time Francesca and the others have been so friendly and helpful.
We liked it all
The view, the elegance and cleanliness of the rooms and the great staff
The price
The best thing in the hotel is their amazing staff and service super helpful and nice. Great rooms and space and amazing view. Special thanks for the amazing chef and worker in the breakfast
The staff was wonderful! The views are incredible! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
I will be recommending this hotel to any family/friends that go to Positano! We had such an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly we felt right at home, rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.
The staff couldn't be more friendlier, always went above and beyond. The breakfast was also phenomenal ?
That we only stayed one night, should of stayed longer
Very authentic and beautiful hotel with the amazing terrace with a pool. The rooms and beds are super comfy, very spacious, nice decor. Breakfast super delicious with big variety of choices. Close location to main areas, including city center and the beach. The staff was great, special thanks to Francesca - she is a real Punta Regina’s guardian angel. The hotel allows staying after the check-out hours at the terrace and enjoy the swimming pool area - very kind, thank you!
consider the location of the room: those rooms that have windows going out to the main street can get a lot of outside noise (dear Punta Regina, maybe it’s possible to fix?)
We loved our stay here. Conveniently located with great restaurants close by. The pool area and rooms are lovely and we had a very relaxing stay. The staff are exceptional, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again
The view was world class, the staff was amazing Giovanni goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The location is perfect and the pool is great, we did t want to leave the hotel.
The location, the views, the phenomenally professional and friendly staff. And the intimate size. Everything just worked. Oh! And the breakfast with the view and the head chef with his exceptional service. Wow!
Not much to complain. Maybe a atleast late night snacks room service would have been nice wasn't necessary though.
Location was good for views and accessing the main town square. Not too far up the hill of Positano so you could walk down to the beach and shops and still make it back up. All staff, with the exception of one seemingly bored and unhelpful woman at the front desk, was very caring and helpful.
Interiors could use an update.
The accommodation was amazing! Staff were helpful, the view was amazing, and the room was spacious and had all the facilities. We stayed in the Punta Caterina side of the hotel, which is a small walk to the main hotel, it was fantastic!
