Location was great and very accessible and the view was stunning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind 10/10 to the reception staff

A little outdated with furnishings but fits the vibe of the area

Hotel Posa Posa had friendly, helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and great views from the restaurant, roof top pool and from our room. While there is a bit of a walk to the beach and nearby "busy" area of town, you can access that by a number of different staircases, or take a slightly longer, but flatter walk down the main street through town, which the hotel sits directly on. The hotel has it's own restaurant and is also within close walking distance to several other great restaurants.

The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable. It was evident the two beds in our room were old, with bowing in the middle, and in need of replacement.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very adequate and ocean views were dreamy from the room and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. Delicious restaurants all along the street up to the hotel, we had many great meals. The 20 minute stroll uphill to the hotel from the port is very pleasant with shops, restaurants, and beautiful views but steep and not for every traveler.

It is very dated, hotel needs a full remodel. Room furnishings are very old. Bathtub was very tall and hard to get into and out. The "pool" area is a small above ground plunge pool that fits about 4-6 people. The whole terrace area is very deteriorated.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Posa Posa. The location is absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views and easy access to everything Positano has to offer.A very special thank you to Julio, Maria, Gennaro, and Anthony at the restaurant. They were always so warm, positive, and incredibly accommodating. The entire team works together seamlessly to make sure every guest feels welcome and comfortable.Anything we needed was taken care of within minutes, always with a smile. Their hospitality made our experience unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the care and attention they provided throughout our stay.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Positano – not just for the location, but for the amazing team that makes it feel like home.

I loved everything about our stay! We had a group of 16 adults and 1 child and the property had sufficient rooms for all of us. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was fresh, and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Positano!

The pool hours aren't the best as it's only available from 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. It would be ideal if the pool closed at 9 p.m. as I highly doubt any guests are asleep before 9 p.m.

The location sat atop a hill with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and polite.

Sadly, several things were wrong. The hotel is old and the lobby furniture was old and moldy. The rooms were quite sparse, the furniture, bathroom and fixtures were falling apart leaving things like outlets exposed and wiring visible. The towels in the bathroom were not matching, and they were very thin. The room smelled of mold. We had issues with the room phone that were never resolved. We had a strange pounding on our door in the middle of the night, and when we called the front desk the gentleman barely spoke Italian or English; but did tell us that there is no security or security cameras in the hotel. This left me feeling quite unsafe and nervous. The food and continental breakfast were subpar at best. The high amount of money we were charged per night to stay in this hotel was ridiculous. We feel quite frankly, ripped off and beyond disappointed and at a loss on all levels.

Yes i like it. We got a nice big room with an amazing view. Everything was great.

The only issue was lack of information regarding mini bar at our room. We thought it was for free like any other hotels we went in Italy. I understand every hotels has different policies. But it wouldn’t hurt to inform customers. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. Room 505 was gorgeous.

    We liked the location.

Our room stayed partial sea view, it certainly didn’t have one (a tree covered it). The breakfast doesn’t always get restocked, so if you’re not there on time it’s not great. If you get there at the start of it, it’s decent. The rooms were kind of old, lacked updates, and weren’t quite up to the standards we are used to. Very loud, can hear everything. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful hotel! Amazing view of Positano, classy and spacious rooms. The internal positano bus stops right in front of the hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. A great experience!
