loved everything about this hotel. Truly exceptional service- the whole staff was always ready and available to assist with any request we had. Our arrival was seemless. During our stay any reservation, question, request was handled with enthusiasm. On departure our luggage was brought down to the port for us so that we didn't have to carry them. We loved our experience and can't wait to go back.

Flawless. Everything was perfect, every details they provided in every touch point. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great. The most beautiful view in Positano is located here.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Staff were exceptional from start to finish, and went to every length to ensure maximum comfort and leisure. The regular cleaning, turn down service, concierge were always outstanding. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and included a wonderful spa bath. The balcony was lovely with a beautiful view. The hotel facilities and the dining venues were all suitably luxurious and so enjoyable. Breakfast was included and was fantastic every day.

Our view was partially obstructed by the roof below as we were on the bottom floor, but we understand that not every view is perfect.

This place has everything, it is incredibly located, overlooks the town and stands out with its red facade and beautiful balconies, the service was brilliant, they made us feel like world celebrities even though we are not :), beautiful room, full of stylish decorations, amazing bathroom, a wonderful balcony with a view of the pool and the town, delicious food and excellent restaurants with Instagram view on Positano. The concierge recommended a speed boat trip, which also exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect down to the last detail. Thank you!

I've stayed at many five-star hotels, but this one truly stands out as an incredible value. The quality of service and amenities offered for the price is exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had an unforgettable experience, highlighted by a delightful surprise they arranged for me. This hotel has firmly secured a spot in my top three five-star hotels of all time!

EVERYTHING!it’s the best hotel in Positano. Free breakfast was a plus and absolutely worth it! Which I could spend more time.

I wish the free activities were told to us before we got to the property preferably after we booked. A lot of the cruises and beach clubs we booked were included. Such a waste.

Le Sirenuse is one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. Service is exceptional. My mum treated me worse then this guys did during my stay, seriously! Style is amazing, devil is in every detail. La Sponda restaurant is best in Positano as hotel itself. Highly recommended to visit!!!

The food was incredible, the hotel is very nicely decorated, the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Two things I liked were the view and the dinner at the restaurant La Sponda. Nothing else.

Outdated rooms, low-quality bed linens and pillows. The pool is embarrassingly small, I would call it a bathtub. The food is not tasty except for the dinner at the restaurant La Sponda.

The location was fantastic The views are magical from your room and breakfast./ dinner. The service was great Ricardo met us at the Dock and looked after us brilliantly. They have great activities and we went on the sunset cruise and the hike to Montepertosa, both of which I'd definitely recommend.

The Hotel is very beautiful, clean and well located. The room was clean and spacious. Very good breakfast, as well as the restaurant! Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back and recommend it.

Excellent friendly and well groomed staff and great facilities . Right next to boat transfers to Amalfi & Capri . Beautiful & elegant decor with warm sophistication . Many scenic bars and quaint restaurants in near vicinity . Highly recommended and thanks again to the team for the excellent service

The hotel is very well situated, with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast was very good with the gorgeous view. The staff are very kind, everybody make you feel very confortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well kept. Good spa and gym.

Incredible experience. The activities, the gifts, the interiors, the art tour. More than lived up to the hype and the reputation.

Staff were quite challenging when we returned to collect our case after a hike. Gave the impression we didn't look fancy enough to be guests. Maybe a bit too detached from reality.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the property.The hotel is nestled in a prime location, offering breathtaking views that left us in awe every morning & night. Whether it was watching the sunrise from my room or enjoying a sunset cocktail on the terrace, the vistas were nothing short of spectacular.Speaking of the rooms, they were pure perfection. Immaculate, spacious, and elegantly designed, they exuded both comfort and luxury. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was truly impressive, making our honeymoon stay feel like a dream come true.Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a variety of delectable dishes, and the flavors were exquisite. I appreciated the focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and it showed in every bite.Hotel's amenities, the pool, the spa, fitness center, cold plunge, etc.. were top-notch. this is an amazing hotel.In summary, Le Sirenuse is a true gem that offers an unforgettable experience.

However, there are some aspects where we believe the hotel could improve.First and foremost, the service. While the staff was courteous, we couldn't help but feel that they could do more to make guests feel truly special. There was a noticeable lack of that extra effort and personalized touch that you might expect from a luxury hotel. It's the little gestures and attentiveness that can elevate a stay from good to exceptional, and I hope to see more of this in the future.One instance that left me slightly disappointed was the front desk staff and management. We went with their upgrade spiel and agreed to pay 3,000 euros per night, but they couldn't bother themselves to even find out for us if we could park our car at the valet for an extra day, or handle our luggage passed a point, or agree to a few minutes of late checkout and they gave us attitude when we were checking out 6 minutes past 11am. Unfortunately, it's about little things, and their attitude did affect the overall experience.
