Hotel L'Ancora

The view and the room were spectacular! The location was wonderfully close to shops and anything we wanted! We loved the patio and sun room as well!

No coffee creamer in the room. When we asked for a banana as they were setting up breakfast and we were walking out for a tour, they would not give us one. Seemed like a simple request as we were guests of the hotel.

The location of L’Ancora was a dream! Couldn’t have asked for better location and view. Staff was so friendly, breakfast was lovely, view was amazing and we’d absolutely recommend to others. The room size was so much bigger than we thought it would be. Amenities were wonderful and staff was extremely attentive. We stayed at 5 properties on this trip and I must say the shower head and strength of water was incredible at this property. 10/10

Very old rooms not very clean to expensive

The location was a quick walk from the ferry and central to restaurants and shopping. The view from our balcony was absolutely STUNNING! We enjoyed the fantastic selection of the included breakfast on the balcony daily. The hotel staff, from the front desk to room service and those preparing the delicious food were exceptional. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and Hotel L’ Ancora was the perfect spot. Thank you so much for a magnificent stay!

The only thing that I was surprised by is that you're not allowed any guests. Maybe this is common in this area but I didn't know!

The Incredibly hospitable staff was exceptional! The breakfast was phenomenal and fresh! This hotel was very close to everything. We will definitely be coming back to L’Ancora soon!

Great location, clean, great staff

No dining option (other than the breakfast in the room)…the restaurant/bar with the view has been shut down for what sounds like political reasons.

Location , spacious rooms and facilities

No restaurant, so breakfast served in the room which was mostly cold foods and doesn’t provide the Italian touch of breakfast of full spread

Breakfast was not good at all. Maybe it was because their breakfast hall was closed and they were serving in the room. Was expecting better.

Wonderful views from the rooms and restaurant. Fabulous location - the best area to stay in Positano. Loved the Breakfasts and ate at the restaurant twice. No complaints , lovely hotel, I would stay here again.

The location was wonderful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff, particularly Yolanda and Sasha, the faces of the business at the front desk, were all exceptional. We got the best of Positano!
