Hotel Eden Roc Suites

It was my anniversary and the Restaurant manager gave us a amazing table and service and dinner was amazing i travel all the time and this was the BEST i have ever had. Staff so kind and caring . We will be back soon. EDEN ROCK ! ROCKS !

The Eden Roc was the most wonderful hotel experience I have had in my life. The entire staff offered world class service. The views from the hotel were amazing. The rooms well appointed and the food delicious. Brunch and the endearing Tony fantastic!

Beautiful area, stunning views the area all over was so clean.. The employees were so friendly and so accommodating. Easy walking distance to the public or beach clubs, restaurants and shops..

Difficult to get ice.

The staff/ service was amazing at every meal from breakfast to dinner to check in/out! Our room had the absolute BEST view of positano- we could not have asked for a better experience!!

Gym needing appointment times and restricted hours.

Tony at breakfast is an institution at the ER. He treats each and every guest like family and remembers everything you like...and some things you didn't know you liked until he brings it to your table. All of the staff were incredable. When you call for ice, it's at your door in 30 seconds. THe Steak restaurant was the best meal we had in Italy.The free olive oil tasting was fun and educational. Can't ask for a better location.

Everything was perfect

Most important factor was the staff for me, they were very helpful and always smiling.Especially Tony at the restaurant had always very nice and positive vibes which was perfect for starting the day.

When I made the reservation, there was only two hotels which had gym.So having a gym was a factor for me but unfortunately the working hours for the gym was terrible.You have to butcher your planned day to get a workout in.I understand the reservation system because the gym has very limited space but working from 9 am to 6 pm is terrible idea for summer vacation, I only had a chance to use it once.

Everything about this hotel and stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the staff/service was exceptional and the views were sensational!

The pricing for this hotel was expensive. Standard drink at bar was ~$30 USD with specialty drinks ~$50 USD. That in my opinion is overpriced. Rooms were also very expensive compared to others in the area, but the bed was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Highly recommend ?

My husband and I were situated on the Sussy suite across the street from the hotel. Would have preferred our room at the actual Hotel.

The service from Pasquale and staff was incredible. I have never felt so comfortable. The suite was magnificent. The incredible Restaurant was fabulous.

cleaning service

Very clean room, very friendly and customer oriented service personnel (from receptionists to waiters and cleaners), very good breakfast and restaurant food! We had a perfect time in this hotel.

Plastic glasses, plastic sofa and plastic headboard do not give an exclusive feeling..... The room needs totally to be redone to 2020 level as it feels very 1980-ish. They are fresh and clean as they are, but totally out of fashion. The whole hotel has the same feeling.

We stayed 3 nights in the Bellavista suite. Pristine accommodations with excellent washer and dryer. The terrace was large and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gorgeous views and impeccable service.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful; lots of variety among the fresh offerings and a friendly staff. Also, the views from the dining/breakfast area were magnificent! We loved our suite which was spacious and nicely decorated (Mediterranean chic) with a fabulous balcony view overlooking the notable Positano church and colored structures below.

Like most of the hotels with wonderful views there, guests should be prepared to walk uphill along with a number of stairs to get to the top. It was worth it though; less guilt for eating pasta and bread!

The service was incredible! The most helpful staff in the restaurants and hotel. Tonys breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Beds could be a little comfier

Beautiful location and views! Don’t forget to try the pizza… incredible!

The bed was uncomfortable, but the views made up for it.

I like the staff, they were all friendly and kind. Specially when we checked in Mr. pascal and Mr. Tony were amazing and did our experience wonderful.

The room as the AC was on top of the second bed, the bed was not comfortable and the cleaning I must say can be better related to the bed sheet and the cover
