The property itself is stunning

The property itself is stunning, but the way we were treated by the management completely ruined our impression. After paying a significant amount to stay at Villa Santa Chiara, we were shocked by the level of neglect and lack of integrity.We discovered mold and grime inside the washing machine, a television that didn’t work because it was incorrectly set up, and requests made on day one that were completely ignored without a single apology or follow-up. We handled these issues ourselves without complaint, until the owner attempted to charge us €50 for a broken €19.90 mass-produced plaster statue, which still had the original price tag attached to the bottom.When I pointed out the price tag and proof of its actual value, instead of apologizing for the mistake, the host became defensive and called my reaction “offensive.” Trying to overcharge a paying guest for a cheap decorative item, after failing to provide basic hospitality, is unprofessional and dishonest.This villa may look luxurious, but appearances mean nothing when the people running it lack integrity. Travelers deserve transparency and respect, not excuses or inflated charges. Until management changes how they treat guests, I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.

The view of Positano from our villa was a glimpse of heaven!!! We really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and eating our meals from the beautiful, large terrace overlooking the magnificent landscape, sea, and architecture of Positano. We would like to thank Tiziana, her daughter, and Razi for being so gracious, kind, and warm who met our every needs during our stay!

Nothing it was gorgeous

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! Waking up to the stunning view of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea felt like something out of a movie! The staff was outstanding and was there to help with our every need, and the room was beautifully bright and clean. We will 1000% be back in the future!

Great concierge. We booked the day of arrival and we received WhatsApp messages answering our questions and giving us advice. We booked primarily because we had a rental car and wanted parking which there was plenty of. There is a bus stop right out front of the hotel so when we did want to go into town via public transport that was simple enough. Hosts were super nice and helpful. View was gorgeous. My husband and I had a lovely time.

They should let people know that the gate is closed and needs to be opened by them so you can call them when you’re on your way

We arranged a private chef through them, and it turned out to be a fantastic highlight of our trip. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea. The warm and personal welcome, the exceptional view, the peace and quiet, the private parking which allows you to go anywhere without having to get to the parking, like most places in Positano.

Difficult to find something: the fact that walking to the nearest restaurants isn’t really recommended, even if only 500 meters … good that one minute by car did the trick.

Beautiful views, space and facilities. Remote, but easily accessible. Excellent space and comfort, with all conveniences.We visited off season and it was so relaxing. The operators could not have been more helpful and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The staff made this trip for me. Carola was so helpful during my stay - I kept asking questions and she was so fast to respond and answer my questions.The views are incredible! The photos don’t even do it justice. The villa is huge - felt even bigger than in the photos. Plenty of gates to get in so felt very safe. It’s not too far from the main beach but far enough so you can enjoy the peace and see the views.5* highly recommend! It’s just beautiful.

The views were magnificent. The location was close enough to everything that was quick to get to but far away to enjoy the peaceful views. The staff was always communicative and were very attentive to detail.

Staying at Villa Santa Chiara was an unforgettable experience. The villa offers unique view of the Amalfi Coast. Waking up to this panorama was a true dream. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows that allow you to enjoy the view from inside. I will definitely return.

The constant communication and quick response time, I truly felt like the only guest!

I cannot say enough good words about this suite. I loved it as soon as I entered it. It’s spacious it’s lovely, the location the views, how welcomed we felt. Love everything about it.
