The entire staff was amazing, especially Alfonso, he helped meet every need we had and was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well balanced and Maria was very nice and attentive. The seaside view and entire room was amazing and comfortable.

No there is not anything we did not like except they were experiencing issues with the credit card reader so it wiped us out of our euros for the trip.

Location was perfect. Staff was amazing! So kind and “at your service”Alphonso was the best! He answered all questions and had suggestions. He was very personable and made our stay complete!

I liked everything

I simply loved everything about this place!

A couple of suggestions; the hairdryer in the room was not effective at all, on the contrary, they cost so little that it would make a big differens to have a proper one. Also there were no empty places to charge your phone, we always needed to take a lamp of to put the charger instead.

Top floor, room with 2 balconies and view of the sea!

All of the staff were so nice and welcoming! We had a hectic travel day bc the ports closed due to weather so last minute we had to find a different way to get to Positano but the second we checked in Alfonso put us at ease and was so welcoming and charming. He also was able to book transport when we left today as well when the ports were still closed. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast and cappuccino is great, too. Also, the location is perfect, literally less than a 10 min walk from the beach!

Breakfast was great and love the location. The staff so nice and friendly. I will recommend my friends to stay there. Absolutely love it.

Maybe the big key but it is cute. Good thing we don’t have to carry with us when leaving the place to sight-seen.

The rooms were massive and bang next to beach. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms were two floors downstairs and we had to carry our bags which could be very difficult for elderly people. The rooms don’t have a view despite 400€ a night. The breakfast is the most basic I have ever seen in Italy despite such expensive accommodation.

No dislikes. I guess if I had to complain, it’s that we had to carry our luggage to meet transport, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Amazing staff, decent breakfast and superb location

The view and location were incredible! The staff is very kind and helpful with everything we asked about including day tours, transportation, and restaurant suggestions.

The breakfast options could be diversified a bit more, but it was still adequate to start the day.
