Hotel Savoia

The staff was extremely helpful and very personable! Rooms were very clean. The "included breakfast was a bonus! The hotel does not have parking, however, there is a parking garage very close. Location, location,location, perfect,perfect,perfect!!

Family owned. We were treated like family.

The location was perfect! Close to everything. 10 minute walk to the beach. And the breakfast every morning was amazing.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Delicious food at the restaurant. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Street is very crowded with tourists and traffic during the day.

It is a very nice hotel, great staff and great service.

The room was a little smaller than I like. Also I thought I had a walk out balcony, which it was not. Overall compared to other Positano Hotels it is a good value.

The property was clean, had amazing views! And the location was absolutely prime! Friendly staff, easy to get around.

The temperature control was stuck, not able to adjust at all.

The property is in a great location and it is so charming with amazing views. Which is what you are paying for.

The room is nice but we were on the top floor and it was so hot. The AC was not doing that good of a job. The staff scoffed when i asked for a fan and tried to tell us that it might be our fault for not closing the windows well (which we never opened).I understand that it gets hot but at least have fans available and dont be condescending. The lady the last night was nice. But-for the price, i expected more.Also the shower glass doors are not sealed well and water went everywhere. I asked for towels to help clean up the water and never received it

The location was excellent, it was easy walking distance up to the Villa my sister was getting married at and Ray walk down to City central

The room was not like pictured on Booking.comIt was so small my son could not open his suit case and had to upgrade his room at a huge expense.

Location is perfect for getting around Positano. Walkable to restaurants, bars, beach and shops. Pretty views of the town

The room was lovely, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of Positano. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was delightful, and the views are what Positano dreams are made of!

The property is close to all the shops and restaurants and yet the rooms are quiet and restful. The hotel’s restaurant serves an amazing breakfast- so many options, a beautiful view, and delicious food. Dinner was excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and hospitality. The hotel lobby is beautiful and we they even upgraded our room for free. The views were breathtaking from the room. Room was clean, decorated nicely, and fairly quiet for being in such a center point of the city. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and were happy to assist in booking dinner reservations or transportation.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. We highly recommend not only visiting Positano but staying at Hotel Savoia when you do!

Location and view was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable and stocked/cleaned daily. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub 2-3 times a day. Breakfast was included and had a good selection to choose from. Also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, had a steak and it was grilled perfectly to my request.

The room did not have coffee or tea nor a long mirror. Also lacked counter space in the bathroom to place all your toiletries/make up/hair tools etc. Despite this, I would stay here again.

Perfect, central location. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. The balcony had a wonderful view of everything and the staff was lovely. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing to put here, we loved it!

Location

At 7 PM the night before checkout, we found a housekeeper in our room going through our things. The room had already been cleaned earlier, and she had no cleaning supplies. When we reported it, the front desk asked, “But was there anything missing?” instead of taking it seriously. It made us feel unsafe and completely disregarded.

The staff was incredibly helpful and informative. The entire hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were amazingly delicious. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We had a perfect honeymoon there. Would highly recommend! :)
