The staff is Amazing!!! Hotel employees we¿re absolutely amazing in helping us!!! They booked our boat tour and we¿re so helpful in everything!!! Hotel is in the best location and clean!! Would definitely go back again and recommend! You can¿t beat it!

The grounds were amazing and relaxing especially given how close it is to the main streets and the beach. The service was exceptional. Will definitely return.

Standard room was clean but a little worn. Small balcony with no view. OK but not exceptional.

Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating to our big family with 2 little kids. The property is centrally located and in a prime location. Very peaceful hotel with the garden and pool area. The hotel had great communication! By far the best hotel!

They had a huge wedding that closed off the pool which was the only reason I booked the hotel…it was supposed to be the hippest place…they tried to make up for the wedding by upgrading my room, but the whole vibe was off without the pool…they should have mentioned this.Also, for a hotel of supposedly superior quality, the directions and help with finding the hotel by car were abysmal…I lost at least an hour trying to find it…for a high standard hotel you would think that they would forward you driving instructions…really shit service here for a five star hotel

Best hotel in Positano. . Best location in Positano Great hospitality . Very friendly staff. You feel at your property. Pool and gardens and restaurants are very nice. … all the outdoor is amazing. I will be back for sure

The staff were welcoming, extremely helpful and friendly.The location is very central. The hotel building and the rooms are great.

The breakfast is substandard. No natural muesli. Scrambled egg and bacon too cold to enjoy. Orange juice is included but no other juices unless you want to pay an extre €11. Likewise omelettes etc were an extra €20 on top of the €35 for a baic breakfast..At restaurant you couldn't see the winelist.... a so called "sommelier" helped with wine choice. They did not have knowledge beyond what was on their tablet. Pour size 75ml took me by surprise. Other poor behaviour in uncorking was witnessed

This hotel was amazing. I booked it from Japan, hoping to enjoy cocktails and breakfast in its beautiful courtyard.The gorgeous room with high ceilings, the welcome champagne, the cocktails enjoyed with live music, and the lovely breakfast—all exceeded my expectations. When my husband asked the manager about running routes, he kindly provided detailed information, and later even looked at the photos he had taken upon his return. Thanks to this hotel, all my memories of Positano are filled with happiness.

Location excellent . Very old tradition five star hotel Grounds and restaurant stunning . Rooms a bit noisy but it is an old building .

Property is in an ideal location at the lower end of the town. Close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and elegantly decorated, and the hotel grounds were peaceful and beautifully designed. The location was very convenient, with close access to the port and beach, as well as the main road for drop offs by car. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations, reservations, and service. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property, excellent location. Easily accessible from the beach and located down ik the village. So full pasta bellies will appreciate a walk down in stead of up.

The cleaning staff was not up to par with the price of the hotel. Often the bathroom was not cleaned, roomservice empty glasses stayed beyond to cleanings in our room. Dirty breakfast plates werent collected during cleaning. Had to complain to front desk and got a nice bottle of champagne as a peaceoffering, but it still didnt really improve after that.

I booked for someone else and needed to have good online communication back and forth with the hotel. The staff are always what makes a hotel and the staff here are excellent. Quick response time, always helpful and professional. Especially Antonio and Carla on reception.The guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and only had good feedback.

The hotel is at a fantastic location right near the beachfront of Positano, with a beautiful and peaceful garden away from the busy street filled with tourists. The garden bar is great and the restaurant serves the best food in Positano they have a great selection of local and international wines.

We were very happy during our stay and the service was excellent. Breakfast was great and well organised so there wasn’t really something to complain about.

Hotel Palazzo Murat is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff was charming and friendly. A dream of a holiday.

This is a fantastic hotel. Ideally located. Beautiful room and facilities. Food was top notch . Wonderful gardens and pool area. But the defining feature was the quality of the staff. Absolutely wonderful. Big shout out to Antonino. What a gem.

view from my room was non existent.Breakfast was exceptional.Room was very comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at such a historic location. The staff were wonderful - specifically Leonardo (Head Concierge) who took care of anything we needed and was a helpful resource as well. Our room was spacious with modern updates. The pool was wonderful and the restaurant was fabulous!
