Albergo Miramare Positano

The room was spacious, clean and had a tremendous view. The staff was very helpful and extremely kind.

Staff is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend the free boat excursion they offer. It was a great trip!

I guess that for Positano, our location was perfect- not too many steps. Starting with our porter Renato, everything went smoothly. He directed us to steps down towards the beach, which led us directly to the reception area of the hotel. People at the hotel where super friendly, helpful, accommodating. Such a pleasure to be greeted with such enthusiasm. Emmanuel was lovely and friendly.The restaurant was exceptional. The food/ dinner as well as the view were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious.

Some communication issues with the staff and accessing the hotel was sometimes difficult

we needed a last minute room so we could stay another day. They let us drop our luggage early and then set up the room with all of our luggage and enter early. Staff was kind and the room was comfortable and gorgeous with a view over town and the sea.

We stayed in Casa Giorgio which was private and had an amazing view. Breakfast being included was also very nice because we didn’t have to go into town to eat.

The steps are a lot but it really is part of the experience.

Restaurant, view, comfort of bed, helpfulness of staff, dedicated parking with porter to transport luggage, AMAZING place to stay that we feel very fortunate to discover! Get the lemon drinks!

It was perfect, there was nothing about this property that we didn't enjoy!

Our view was amazing. We had an ocean view and saw the entire Positano Bay. The front desk was helpful in coordinating parking, porters, and reservations. They were very hospitable and really helped us have a joyful and relaxing vacation.

The stairs.... we loved the location, the views the staff. We will never stay again because the stairs put a huge damper on our trip. We hated leaving in the morning and hated coming back at the end of the day. It took so much out of us... not worth the effort

The terrace and view was fantastic. The room was fantastic…roomy and elegant. The dining room stunning!! The level of service was excellent. Very accommodating for all of our needs.

The water was only lukewarm for shower and washing, on June 5.

When we were given the correct room on the second day. The room was amazing but first night we were given “ an upgrade” to an old apartment not on the water. They gave our room the first night to someone else.

The overbooking and lied about it to use. We did not get the room we paid for.

The balcony and the view were amazing. A beautiful direct view of the ocean. The service was excellent. The front desk associates were very helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed and was delicious. Mary was so pleasant and delightful each morning and remembered our coffee preferences. The porter who brought our luggage down the steps was great!

The room was a little small but it was what we selected. We would definitely stay here again, but would choose a larger room.

Didn't like being woken on weekends at 2 and 3 am. by drunken people screaming and shouting, walking past the room. Sounds like they inside the room it's so loud.

The view from our balcony was amazing! Each morning we were able to watch the sunrise on the water and boats!The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet with seating overlooking the water was wonderful.

The restaurant dinner menu was fancy and limited. After all day exploring it would’ve been nice to come back to our hotel and had some less fancy food options.

Exceptional sea view from the room, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast with decent vegetarian options!

I would have used a pool if they had one.

Amazing place! loved the staff, Carmelo and others. Always friendly and helpful .Great view from room. With a bottle of Proseco courtesy of the hotel. Beautiful touch. Had a few issues with internet in my room, but think it's to be expected high up on the hill. A must stay xxJenelle

Hotel has certain charm. Staff very good. Views excellent. Breakfast fair but not memorable. Restaurant good.

Positano which has become an over commercialised tourist trap. No sense of La Dolce Vita. I cannot believe they allow senseless and loud pop music to be blasted every day from 5pm throughout the entire village. It is ruinous to the atmosphere. The newly excavated Roman villa was a highlight.
