The included breakfast and the grounds were beautiful

The rooms are incredibly outdated. They need to put some TLC back in to this hotel.

Gostaria de ter obtido informa��es sobre deslocamento do hotel para as atra��es, centro e restaurantes. Obs. O t�xi chamado pelo hotel n�o nos deixou no local combinado. Tivemos que andar com as bagagens at� chegar ao local contratado. Isso foi horr�vel.

Las vistas, la amplia habitaci�n y c�modo , limpio , buena comunicaci�n con el bus al centro y desayuno bueno

Huele un poco a humedad y necesita un arreglo, pero estaba limpio y todo muy bien

Hotel is clean with marvellous location.

The hotel needs renovation, crack tile on floor that you need to wear shoes in the room other wise you get a cut with the sharp exposed tiles, I requested a room for 4 and I got a double bed and two sofas where my kids had to sleep very uncomfortable.

Room was really nice but AC did not cool down the room.

Breakfast was a bit sub-par but probably appropriate for the room rate.

The staff is professional and helpful, the views are gorgeous, and the breakfast excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable (with working AC) and daily cleaning was thorough. Parking was easy and the staff handled carrying our suitcases to our room.

There are many stairs to climb to reach the hotel from the beach (15 minutes walking up stairs), but if you don¿t want to climb stairs, you probably shouldn¿t stay in Positano.

Terrace with a decent view

This hotel looks like the one where the shining was filmed. Old, dated and completely out of the way. Impossible to navigate inside. We booked last minute but certainly not worth what we paid and certainly the star rating is misleading.

The view was amazing, the balcony of the room and the pool!

The view and the room were great, spacious, and had a terrace! It's just a little dated, and it's a hike to get to the town or back to the hotel from the beach. The pool was lovely. Excellent price value.

Kind of tricky to get anywhere too fast without a lot of effort. Also bit of maze layout with elevators that were confusing.

This hotel is disgusting and horrible. The room was dirty, the toilet seat turned brown from filth, the bed sheets had dirty stains on them. There was spider webs and flies in the room. The hallways were horrible and dirty.

Steps to climb up were endless...be prepared for a daily workout. Positano tourist town is very expensive

Had a bed

Hotel is run down and dirty, and is in need of some serious up-keeping. Hotel room was spacious, but walls were dirty, furniture covers were ripped, old furniture in bad state is used, hair dryer is older than my grandmother and barely worked, bathroom was stained, linens were stained and thin. In addition prices for anything you purchased onsite were exorbitant including parking fee which was €40 a day.

The view was the only positive thing about this property.

The room was nothing like advertised- if the property showed the real photos we would have never booked here. The room was dirty, had random chairs and closets, fold out chairs, scuffs all over the walls, and the bathroom smelt like urine had been sitting in there/all over the place. There was visible mold & the towels and sheets smelt like a mixture of mildew and a strange smell. The small “tables” were visibly rotting.

The staff are very kind across all locations, the breakfast is diverse, catering to all tastes, with excellent service.

The location is physically demanding, requiring considerable fitness for going up and down — though this is the nature of the city in general.

The property is dated. Definitely in need of some renovations, however the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
