Really lovely hotel in the center of the town, lovely staff, wonderful breakfast. Felt like we were alone in a castle. I would come back 1000%

All good, a little bit simple furniture in the room, however comfortable bed and pillows. Good sanitair, although not recent. And what a wonderful location. Good restaurant and early and nice breakfast. The staff is amazing ? Had a very good stay.

In pedestrian zone, so car parking somewhere else or in small (paid) hotel parking-lot. Had a lot of fun to get out early morning, but staff was again wonderful helpful. Maybe price / value should be little bit adjusted ??‍♂️

Clean and comfortable room, great location, friendly staff, easy check-in. Nice place for overnight stay on the Bernina route.

Lovely breakfast and the hotel was exactly as advertised, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have been good to have two pillows each but that was the only thing that we didn't like!

I thought this was an overrated property. Right from the location to the quality and amenities it was below par considering it was in Swiss. Only upside is the good customer service and quality of food which was served in the adjoining area.

There are a plenty of things to mention:1. Door of the room was around 175 cms and during our stay we banged our head more than once ?2. Location was in a restricted area and the parking was good about 150 meters away that too not covered3. In the description it was mentioned that it has wooden floor while it had a carpeted floor4. There was no safe even though it was mentioned in the facilities5. Wooden walls were in really deplorable condition 6. There was no kettle to make green tea or normal tea/coffee.

Classic building but very well maintained. Very close to the train station. Has a restaurant as well

The rooms were very clean, lovely sheets, and the rooms have been renovated (compared to some of the pictures I saw online). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is gorgeous!

I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. There was yummy bread, but the presentation was lacking, and there was no fresh fruit or warm eggs.

Hotel was very clean and cosy - traditional decor rather than super-modern. Breakfast was good. Located right in the middle of this pretty little town - we just stopped overnight while travelling the Bernina Express. We're keen walkers and should/could have stayed longer to do some walking in the area. We had a lovely dinner in the sister hotel just across the square.

Room was quite small - but not a problem for a short stay.

Breakfast was fine. Sufficient choice and enough of it. The young lady serving supper was, apparently, on her own so she was run off her feet and we had to wait a while before she could seat us. Supper menu was adequate and the meal tasty.

Inadequate signing on the street. From the train station there were easy to follow signs for a few metres but then nothing. It was fortunate that a local lady was able to direct us.

Very friendly staff. Parking available right beside the hotel. Breakfast was plenty. Coffee very good. Dinner was excellent at a decent price. It's the second time I've been here for a stopover. Definitely can recommend.

We were here for a car event so for us it was a perfect location. A beautiful little square with restaurants of fantastic quality. Hotel was super friendly and very accommodating

This property had some of the nicest staff we have come across in our travels. I was experiencing a health issue during our stay and they were so sweet. The chef even made me a special soup that was easy on my stomach.Breakfast was good.

(got upgraded and eventually stayed at a triple room)- Super clean bed/bathroom!! - Full of wood and sunshine, so cozy- Water, three kinds of towels, tissues and enough shelves in the room- Nice staffs!

Right next to the main square of Poschiavo, excellent room and friendly staff. I would also highly recommend to dine in.

I had a wonderful stay at the Centrale. It's a great location in the historic centre of Poschiavo; everything you need is on your doorstep. As long as you are staying more than 2 nights, you will get a tourist card which includes free public transport in the valley, which is so handy. The staff were all very friendly and kind to me. I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, the bed was the biggest bed I've ever slept in in my life. I really couldn't have been any more comfortable and happy there. The breakfast offer was plenty for me and set me up well for each day. The price is more than fair for the area, really good value for money. I love the Valposchiavo and would definitely stay at the Centrale next time I come back. Grazie a tutto il personale.
