Room is spacious with everything you need especially lovely local tea bags, drinking water available for your use. Breakfast is well prepared with local treats, very Swiss, very Poschiavo. The furniture in the room is all natural wooded pieces, making you feel you are in the nature ?

The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent.

My only small suggestions would be to consider installing darker curtains for better light blocking.

Loved everything about my stay here. It felt like a home away from home. The owners and staff went above and beyond in making sure their guests have a wonderful stay. The building was cozy and felt like a home. The room was spacious, clean and warm. The towels were new, fluffy and fresh. Bottled water was also available on the floor, but the tap water tasted mountain fresh. The property is very quiet and I slept really well. The lodge downstairs was also warm and inviting and offered guests a delicious charcuterie board with local meats and cheeses as a nice welcome. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and I loved the lodge-like feel of the dining room. The reception, lodge and dining room staff were very friendly and kind. It’s difficult to find this level of attention to detail at hotels these days. I know that the owners care for their guests and put extra effort towards making them feel at home. I was sad to leave, but I hope I’ll return someday. Poschiavo is a little gem and the hotel made the stay all the more wonderful.

The breakfast was truly wonderful - we especially enjoyed the cappuccinos! The staff were all very friendly and the desk attendant was extremely helpful.

The old fashioned keys were very nice but too big to carry and having only one set of keys was inconvenient

Our room is very bright with nice views. Very close to train station. The breakfast room is nice. The breakfast was good too. People are very friendly. The price was good.

The Bedding/ Sheets look like it has been used for many, many years, but it's clean and comfortable.

The old building really allowed for noise to travel. It felt like there were people above us walking in ski boots. Luckily, everyone settled in at a decent time and it was much better.

The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was very specious. Comfortable bed, and I slept like a baby.Everything was spotless. The breakfast was full of options with locals products and also with gluten-free choices. I'm definitely coming back again.

Beautiful building and spacious room with a great view of the mountains. Very quiet! Excellent breakfast- especially the round bread. Close to train station and hiking trails as well as a stone's throw from main square. Wished I vould stay longer.

Such a cute place! Very convenient on the Bernina Route to get to the train station. Breakfast was excellent. My room was very cozy and warm on a cold winter night.

Though the interior is a bit dated, this hotel truly captured my heart. The rooms were spacious, and the buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to the staff—one remembered my interest in visiting Diavolezza and advised me in the morning that the weather wasn’t great, suggesting we head north instead. That thoughtful advice was much appreciated and led to a great day. In the evening, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, La Terrasse du Suisse, which was fantastic—beautiful setting, exquisite food, and I even got to speak Italian! We plan to return in summer for hikes in Valposchiavo and along the Bernina line, and we will definitely stay here again. Another plus is that it is a short walk from the train station so no need to hire a taxi.

Wished I could stay longer. It needs some renovations.

Breakfast was wonderful! Enjoyed sitting in the lounge area enjoying a glass of wine and snacks--it was very cozy.

The room was rather cold and since the heaters were at the windows, we couldn't close the drapes for privacy.

The staff were really nice and welcoming. Free breakfast in the morning is always a plus. Cute little hotel/Lodge in the mountains
