Everything was excellent. Great value. If u just want to hang at the beach the location is awesome. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Customer service was good. Helpful staff in the front desk who allowed to check out at 12:00 pm. Beachfront property that was very convenient with sun beds and umbrellas at the beach. Decent breakfast.

Room cleaning was lacking including dirty toilet and dusty floors. Facilities super old and bed was super low with thin mattress. Overall it is a 2 star hotel with a 4 star price.

The food was great but the customer service was better. The beach and location was excellent. We came for a mini retreat before our daughters wedding in Tuscany and it was perfect!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. We were able to take a beautiful walk to town with easy and not many American tourist. It was wonderful

Beautiful hotel with great beach and good breakfast.

The place was clean, and the view was nice.

The first day and night the wifi didnt work. There were two phone numbers listed to contact in case there was an issue, since there was no one on property. The first phone number was inactive, the second number we tried 6 or 7 times and no one ever answered. Also, we were expecting two bedrooms but the place was open with no doors, so we had no privacy from our travel partners.

Location, clean and yummy breakfast/dinner

The view from the restaurant and our balcony looking into the sea was incredible. The facility had free parking and breakfast. The sunset and sunrise was breathtaking. Nicki our waiter was also amazing along with the food.

The beach across the street. Even if it’s small with dark soil.

It’s not a four stars hotel. The breakfast is poor. Everything is very old starting from the rooms. We won’t come back.

I was without car, From hotel to city center you should to pass the tunnel,it had lights but i was walking always alone and it was little bit scary to me . which was very uncomfortable.

The location was nice

The main road was very noisy, the room was very small for a 4* hotel and the bathroom equipment was outdated.The people at reception did not tell us about the reservation system for the restaurant and the fact that we have free sunbeds on the beach, we almost paid for them.

room was lovely and clean with lots of storage and air conditioning was very good.breakfast is excellent with loads of choice. all the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.dinner was very good in the hotel although the choice was limited.housekeeping excellent and room super clean throughout stay.

when we arrived we were informed the beach was closed for our stay to add sand to the beach. not a big problem although advance notification would have been nice.

Lovely setting, very clean, excellent staff. For me , the walk into Porto Santo Stefano was enjoyable. If you decide to walk 15mins, make sure you take the coastal , old railway tunnel route. Definitely not the main road, it’s too dangerous, no pavement and very narrow. Bus stops very close to the hotel.

Problem the first night with high winds, which caused the shutters to rattle continuously. Anywhere in Italy I recommend you take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. All tiled floors, no carpets to absorb sound.
