Great hotel and location. Parking sucks though

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast options were varied.

The sound insulation is not very good as you can hear people talking in the corridor on the same floor as well as others. In addition, doors need to be repaired as since they do not close well, they need to be pulled more strongly hence increasing the noise. Another point to mention is the need to repair the shower grout and replace the rusty towel warmers that don't work.

It had a wonderful breakfast with so many choices and a patio for eating outside; our room had a small patio and table, chairs and laundry line. It was so clean! Refrigerator in room; AC; plug in tea kettle with assorted teas. Location was great - right in town - walk out hotel, turn left to go down shortcut to port. Across the street is the Conad grocery store.

We were there during off season. It would probably be different if the twin was full. We really enjoyed the deck and location to the store across the street. Having two bathrooms was very nice too.

It was high on a hill away from the water.

Nothing was up to exoectations. Except the staff.

The lift was working flne. The staff did all they can do under the circumstances. Apart from that it is absolutely horrifylng. Parking is a greaaaattt problem. Avoid the plave if you can.

The pictures online are clearly from a long time ago, and the updated looks of the hotel are very run down, dingy, and unappealing. breakfast was pretty lame, and they charge you extra for eggs! Beds were HARD. The upstairs terrace is really dirty, and the furniture is broken and run down. It's not the pretty white furniture in the pictures. It's brown and old.

Close enough to the downtown area.

Shower cabin way too small, uncomfortable to take a shower and I am a petite person. A bit noisy if u want to leave the window open but fine if it’s closed. The room was clean.

Friendly, polite and ready to help staff. Helped with any question, even more than expected. Very clean and good service.

Breakfast was very good, excellent local products and homemade pastry and cakes. Staff was very kind and helpful in advising and booking the restaurant for dinner.

Shower box in our room was very old. Parking in that area is extremely difficult though the staff helps you in finding a solution.

Very convenient location in Porto Santo Stefano. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was super tasty with a vast selection of food and included homemade cakes and desserts. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Porto Santo Stefano.

The hotel was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I loved that they offered a bicycle service.

We stopped here on our way from Tuscany to Rome and it was the perfect spot. The town is beautiful and Bike & Boat has a great location to access bars & restaurants. Check-in was easy, even after I accidentally booked the wrong night.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff very helpful. Tea and coffee making and fridge available in room too.

High above the town and impossible to reach carrying bags without a taxi . Buffet Breakfast was not special

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We asked to change room and they accommodated us with another room. They help with transport and information. Location is great.

The entrance, the rooms and the roof top terrace did not meet the expectations from the pictures on the website. That is maybe why we were a little disappointed when we arrived.

Very clean room with sea view. Staff were helpful especially Ashleigh on the front desk. Breakfast was exceptionally good with Greek yogurt, honey, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese and homemade tarts and cakes.

Room was a little on the small side. Shower cubicle was very small making showering difficult.

The staff Michelle and Ashley very kind and with high professionality. Rachele a delicious person. Even the supermarket in front of is perfect.
