Very well located. The hotel seemed very new and clean. The rooms were cleaned everyday of my stay, and had everything you needed, it also had a nice balcony with sea view. The owner was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I absolutely recommend!

Surprisingly accessible, given its location, with a dedicated loading/unloading bay for arriving/parting guests. Atmospheric décor, close to car park and easy walking distance to port/seafront. Very nice staff.
I liked it all. However, due to planning regulations, there is no lift. Prospective guests with physical impairment might wish to think again if no ground-floor rooms are available.
The location is amazing just few steps away from the “heart” of Porto Santo Stefano, with an amazing view towards the sea and the town. I could not choose a better place than this one, nice house, friendly and generous people, always ready to help you. I will recommend this property 100% and I know for sure, I will be back there as soon as possible. In one simple word, perfect in all the ways!Thank you…
The owners are really nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a perfect location. They provided free parking near the building, which was a nice surprise! We had a great stay and would definitelly recomend it!
