Lovely welcome when we arrived and the staff at breakfast and throughout were friendly and informative.Room was great. Comfortable bed and superb shower.Will come and try in the summer.

Nothing to fault

Very friendly staff, high standards, clean and big rooms.

We were at off season, so not much to complain about.

Location and price. Friendly staff that made night one in Italy a breeze.

The bed and pillows were hard and thin. Would have liked a bit more plushness in that area, but other wise - the place was great.

We were there in off-season, so parking was easy. Breakfast was delightful, delicious, gracious service.

It was off-season so we could not enjoy the amenities of the pool and sitting outside, nor the beach. Most restaurants in the area were closed, so we ate at the hotel, which was good, but not as adventurous for us as 'tourists."Where in the world did they come up with the SQUARE TOILET and BIDET? Very awkward.

Breakfast was good continental mix of fruit ,savory ,pastries,cakes,eggs ,bacon ,toast ,tea ,coffee ,juices ,water

The l 3 dining bit cold in the night even with heating above its a marquee and so dress with warmth in the cooler months for this otherwise nice area would be great in summer

Friendly & helpful staff, property looks recently renovated,it’s clean and modern looking.its close by to the port & the menu & food is good too .

A courtesy hotel car /van could add value to the stay to get around .there is one bus and one or 2 chauffeur drivers in the area .no taxis no Ubers .

The bar and restaurant were lovely with very efficient and friendly staff. It might have been nicer to have the restaurant where the breakfast room was, rather than upstairs which was a little chilly. We enjoyed the spa facilities.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly but it felt more like a business hotel than a resort. The breakfast offered a good selection and it was approx a 15 minute walk to the marina. We had a room with a balcony which was spacious but didn't have a great view. Free parking was available for our hire car which was useful.

We felt this hotel was overpriced. It is billed as a 5 star resort but it felt more like a business hotel. We chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool but there was no shade on the roof so it is impossible to sit by the pool for long in the height of summer so we weren't really able to use it. At check in we were advised of various facilities offered but all came at an extra cost (e.g. shuttle to town was €10 per person each way which seemed excessive given the distance). The welcome drink offered was only included soft drinks (which wasn't the case elsewhere that we stayed). The bathroom in the room had a clear perspex wall which I find ridiculous in hotels. I understand they do it to use the light but it removes the feeling of privacy.

Fancy hotel with great service. High class on everting from food to room. Nice view from pool overseeing island.

Could develop gym room with a few more machines and barbells. Include spa hour in price?

All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.The room was beautiful, clean and fresh.The breakfast offering was extensive and the food in general was very good.

I missed a Nespresso coffee machine in the bedroom or tea/coffee facilities for when you wake up.Also, the styling is beautiul but to connect my laptop i had to crawl under the desk, not very practical.The food was more than excellent, the pool fantastich, the manager super.Paulo and Dario were also great as were the me doing the gardening, the rooms and helping with suitcases.All in all would love to come back! Truly wonderful, missing it already.

Good location; clean rooms and facilities

Due to an electrical failure, our room had no electricity during the night and the man at the reception was not able to help. It was fixed in the morning when more senior employees arrived

beautiful large room. excellent breakfast. very clean and pleasant hotel. staff are extremely kind and helpful. Food is excellent in restaurant.

it is a bit off the beaten track so there is not much around the hotel (like restaurants or shops). they tend to play music everywhere (in the corridors, while you eat dinner). quite loud too.
