The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for unwinding. Although it’s a family-friendly place, you don’t feel any discomfort from children’s noise, which is a big plus. The food was tasty and varied every day. The spa area is also very good — a great way to relax and recharge. The hotel feels fresh and well-maintained — not overused or worn out. All the furniture, bathrooms, and facilities are in excellent condition, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Despite the hotel’s capacity, the number of tables on the outdoor terrace is very limited. Most are reserved by large groups, so it was often difficult to find a place and we had to wait to enjoy breakfast peacefully.Service in the main restaurant also leaves much to be desired — not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.The most disappointing part was the cleaning service. For a hotel of this category, it was far below expectations: shower amenities and vanity kits were not replenished unless requested, and even then inconsistently. Only large towels were regularly replaced — face towels were never refreshed during our entire stay. The same goes for bottled water: sometimes it was replenished, sometimes not, with no clear pattern.

The staff was very kind, the garden was spectacular, and the food was amazing.

There is music in the Finnish sauna, which is against the fundamentals of silence and tranquility of the sauna.

Facilities are good. Staff is always smily helpfull and proffessional. Foods are delicious. Swimming pools are nice.

Hotel was pet friendly but the location that we can use as a socialization area for dogs are not proper. It was just a wild place. There is a 3kg wight limit for dogs but it is not visible in general conditions. Only possible to learn thia information when you ask for.Another thing is closed pools are not suitable for kids because they are together with sauna.

Very exceptional! The venue is great, quiet with a lot of greenery. The spa is really huge and the fitness centre very well equipped. The service is magnificent! We went for our anniversary and they took care to have an unforgettable stay. The sea is also amazing, clean and warm.

They were very kind Maria with the good recommendations for trips, Victoria, the kids club and all the staff were so kind and helpful. We had a great time! we want to come back soon:)

I have never been in such beautiful resort : rooms are great . Breakfast is un believible .The pools and gardens make you feel calm. You forget all your troubles when you seat next to the pool reading your book .And above all is the spa :see the photos ? It is more than that . Beutiful ,peacful,and very nice stuff. All my questions were answered very nicely . We were with little children : they enjoyed the kids club . Although they dont speak english the guides did everything needed to make them particapted .We all enjoy the evening shows. I hope we will come back again . It is a great place for families

Gardens, beach, space, everything was splendid.

It gets very crowded for breakfast and dinner time. Dinner starts at 7:00 pm rather late after a long day on the beach.

Great food, great location.

Not too many sun beds at the pool. We never found any, and there were only few people at the pool.

The breakfast and the food in the restaurant was really good and tasty. At dinner time, they had even live music.

We didnt like the room view. It should have been with full sea view but we saw only small part of the sea and other buildings from the hotel itself. That was blocking our view.

Everything was good, varied breakfast and dinner, cleanliness, attentive staff.

When the hotel is overcrowded, there is a shortage of sunbeds on the beach. This time there was a case that two planned concerts were not held in the evening.

We like our room especially balcony. Cleaning service is perfect. Beach is wonderful, beach service a little bit slow but everything is good.

Breakfast

During our holiday 2 men tried to break in to my room and my friend’s room,we were staying at 325 and 327 rooms.at 23:00 they were waiting near our doors when we came from dinner with our families,they saw us and acted like they are at the wrong door,after that they came at 01:30 when we were sleeping,they were trying to open the doors with not registered cards and pushing the door to break in, we opened the doors and send them back.after that they came 2 times at 03:45 and 05:00,at the last time we had to protect our families and rooms and they ran away. This hotel doesnt have any security cameras and any security ,you can be killed or your children can be kidnapped.not safe place even %1. Thanks to women at the reception who listened this incident but you cant explain and prove anything without any cameras,we were very luck night finished without any blood. I dont advice this otel to families.

The hotel is nice and right next to a lovely beach. The waters were clean, but a bit wavy on some days. A la carte restaurant was really good value for money, however, menu didn't change. Kids liked the kids club. Breakfast was nice- something for everyone

Small beach cabanas are not very comfortable and do not offer much shadeBeach service was really slow. After dinner entertainment was a bit lacking. (it was on just on couple of the nights) You had to que for coffee at breakfast. No host to show you to the table. Very few tables outside - we were unable to find a space .

The sand is not fine and not cleaned of shells and pebbles, water shoes are necessary

The breakfast eating area can be more comfortable the outside part more tables and more shadow. The seaside sunshades should be renovated, rusty and they were fixed to the ground.
