Proximity to the beach, big balcony with a bed where you feel the sea breeze. Small table at the balcony to use for dining. Cleaning service every 2 days and very clean towels and bed linen.

No mosquito nets on the windows, very poor kitchen equipment (only 2 pieces of each thing - 2 glasses, spoons, knives,...). No oven in the kitchen and no possibility to use a baking facility anywhere in the house. Very small toilette.

The place was so clean they even cleaned our room like in a hotel, friendly staff and positive environment for a relaxing vacation!!

Nothing everything was perfect

Large balcony at the top of the house. The sight can be realized while standing. Тhe bed was comfortable with good mattresses. The apartment is close to the beach.

The bathroom was too small. The internet connection in the room we were staying was poor.

I did like the location, close to the beach, playground across the road. Nice, tidy, and cleanOur room even had a heated floor.

Being across a great sweet shop wasn't good for my waistline ?

Location, close to everithing, cleaning up apartment every 3 days and changing bad linens, towels...Polite stuff.All in all, we were satisfied with hospitality.

could be very noise in the evening due to the central location, a bit old furniture, hot/cold water-you will never know what will you get from the tap, Internet (especially on 2nd floor) is disaster, 1-2MB/s !!!

The location is good, close to the beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, park. The sea is clean and very nice especially in the morning hours. The beach is quiet without much crowd.The host was available when we needed him.

The bed in the kitchen is useless because the floor under the bed is unacceptably hot. We appealed to the host but all we got is an explanation that hot water pipes go through the floor. So basically we had floor heating 24/7 in July and the A/C could not help at all because it is located in the bedroom. Therefore, we had to move the bed from kitchen to the bedroom so we could sleep.While moving the furniture at very first night we saw a cockroach in the room.The energy key card was welded to the room key (see the photo) so we could not use them separately. If one of us wanted to stay in the room and use electrical facilities all of us had to stay in the room. Or one can not stay in the room and sleep with A/C working while other family members are at the beach. This very much limited our daily routine and habits,The kitchenware was very poor, below the line of human dignity. See the photo.The trash bin in the front yard was not emptied at all during our 5 day stay.After all, I would not come back there even if it was free of charge.

Excellent comunication with host. Allways online and ready to help. The check in was from 15:00 hour but the host informed us that the room will be ready 2 hours before so we entered the room in 13:00. Also for the check out we have 2 hours more. Flat TV, fridge, Airconditioner, equiped kitchen, allways hot water in kitchen and in the shower - Pet friendly (we were with small dog)- Parking on side at any time- Icecream and candy shop just across the street Cofee bar, Grill, Souflaki and Giro, Pharmacy, Bakery, Supermarket, Childrens Playground all of them 20-50 meters from the hotel. The beach was 80 meters from hotel, but if you want better beach with cleaner water you must drive to Nea Moudania beach (distance 2-3 km)Very peacefull place, and good value for the money
