- I have stayed before in Ikos Olivia but I preferred Oceania for its amazing beach. if you are a pool person go to Olivia as they have bigger pools. Staff are amazing but I particularly want to highlightMarina from kids club (my kids loved her and you can see she loves her job), Alex from guest relationsand Artemis.

- We came to Ikos during Covid and weren’t aware that some facilities would be closed or limited. We wish we had been informed as we still paid full price but didn’t get the full experience.

Best all inclusive concept! Food was great! Great place for family vacation! Plenty of activities in the kids club! All the staff was incredible! So attentive and professional! Special thanks to Maria the manager of Anaya restaurant and Thekla, the manager of Provance restaurant! They were just amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

good selection for food. helpful staff. very efficient, sometimes too much so (offering to clear plates when still eating etc). facilities excellent all round, room very clean and well serviced, fantastic concierge always available.
Other than the very rare rowdy guests who couldn't control their use of the all included bar (we were moved to a better room as a result - so not all bad) it was fantastic, good atmosphere all around the resort. It is expensive but overall the quality of experience is worth it.
