Portes Lithos Luxury Resort

Loved the food being vegetarian (without fish and egg). Chefs looked after me, accommodating throughout my time there. Pool is fantastic. Aquarides are amazing, loved the Jet ski! Spa was relaxing. Beautiful beach and scenarios of sunset. Nice resort to walk around. Wonderful live music in the evenings. Very clean. Staff are friendly.

Not much to do around the area in terms of walking distance outside the resort. However do have coaches to take you to the city, which you need to pay for.

It is a relatively new hotel, well maintained, cleanliness everywhere. The beach is sandy, the sea has a portion of approximately 2m stones at the entrance, but then it is only sand, very pleasant. The beach is well maintained, enough sunbeds, always cleaned of sand. The food is perhaps repetitive in the morning but you have many choices at your disposal. In the evening it was varied and very good. The staff is very available and well trained, their attitude creates a relaxing atmosphere.The only thing missing is a more abundant green space with more flowersThe landscaper was not very good at it. I recommend and wish them to evolve towards super10!

A lovely resort, close to sea. The ideal place for a family with kids.

My complaints would be that the rooms were too close one to another, so on the terrace you could see the neighbours (aprox 4 meters away) and hear their conversations. The other compliant would be that there were rocks in the first few meters when you entered in the sea.

It’s a family friendly, boutique hotel with amazing staff

Everything was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the food delicious, location great. Definitely worth to visit!

Both breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible and personnel very friendly indeed.

Very busy and noisy highway right behind the resort. If placed on the outer front of the resort near the highway overall noise frequency is rather disturbing especially at night.

Extremely pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and smiling, from the restaurant, to the pool and all the way to the reception and maintenance. Very good selection of dishes, excellent taste, nicely laid out.

The main pool was large and beautiful but needed a more shallow area for younger children, who were too old for the children/toddler pool. our daughter, aged 8y, can swim but couldn’t touch the bottom so had to tread water all the time in the larger pool. Hotel would benefit from better entertainment especially a mini disco for children - this could just be half an hour each evening before any other activity begins and the children would love it.

Food was really good, activities on the beach are ok. Chef is amazing and deserts are top notch. Manage Giannis was an excellent guy that is there for anything but not many others there to match his level of service.

Staff is usually very slow and not very pleasant, sometimes it was pretty akward. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get a drink in evening. Dinning room was pretty fast but rest of it was just slow and non experienced.

The sea view and the food was great. The personal was very nice, the rooms are with enough places for baggage and very clean. There are enough parking places and some are even covered.

for 5* should have baby food. Tha variety of the food is low. They don’t make daily activities for turist.

The resort is new, modern, minimalist industrial design, very well organized, very clean and well-kept. The rooms are large, the bathrooms well done. The food is very good, the staff is kind and well educated.

The green spaces are under development, the sea has stones, the beach could be more neat. The problem of the internet, which works very poorly, must be solved, and the problem of wasps must also be solved. They are everywhere on the terraces and are very aggressive

Very kind and caring staff (especially the restaurant staff), exceptional variety of delicious food, beautiful view, nice, spacious suite, very nice pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay very much, wholeheartedly recommended.

The sun-beds around the pool are reserved very early in the morning, although there are available sun-beds on the beach any time.

Very clean, nice big pools, direct on the sea, they upgraded our room with no extra cost, friendly staff, food is very tasty.

the staff at this hotel was one of the most helpful and nice I have ever seen. everybody was always smiling and making sure that anything you need is there for you. the food was also excellent, as well as the quality of the drinks that are part of the all inclusive package

as lots of guests are families with young kids, we were expecting some more options for entertainment, such as an animation team, or at least a mini-disco in the evenings.

Rooms, definitely: spacious, modern, no unnecessary furniture.Clean pools, super comfortable sunbeds, not at all crowded. There are kids (because families with kids do travel with their children :D), but not at all noisy as described in other reviews. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach, no stress to find one or be crowded.

It would be nice if the kids playground were covered.

This is a good standard apartment hotel, but neither luxury nor a resort. After three weeks travelling through mainland Greece this was our final stop. On paper it ticks all the boxes, but sadly it didn’t have the heart or soul of any of the other (7) hotels we visited on our trip. We noticed that they don’t ask people how their stay is or was at any time during the stay, not even at checkout. Probably because they know the answer. On the positive side: The entire facilities are quite new, although they are already crumbling here and there (the pool floor is practically dissolving as you swim in there). The trained staff do their best to make it work, the kids animation — with the little material that was provided to her — was really great.

in the room, it’s hard to get a good sleep. There is a very bright light above both doors to the outside that lights up the room. it cannot be switched off and even shines through towels. Once you fixed that, you notice the very noisy air conditioning (even on the lowest setting) and the constant street noise from the nearby highway, which you hear everywhere in this hotel, even on the beach. If that wasn’t enough, the sun shade on your private terrace sounds like someone is constantly knocking on your door whenever there’s a little wind.In case you have kids. with you, forget about some privacy in the two floor apartment. it is basically one room and you’ll hear and see everything. In case you want to sneak out to the terrace, the door won’t close without force, so you’ll wake the kids going out and coming back in. Plus the terrace is basically bare, there are no plants, not a bit of decoration. only two sun beds and two chairs.Talking about kids: The whole complex was built for couples. All rooms are made for two people, no more. Kids get to sleep on the sofas, which — unless you want to rearrange it every evening —takes up most of the apartment. And the couples this hotel was built for … you’ll hear them while they are trying to make their own kids. The walls are quite thin…Now imagine you go outside in the morning.By 8am, towels occupy all the sunbeds. The staff doesn’t care about the people who come, mark their spot and leave for the rest of the day. While you walk around, don’t do so without shoes. The whole pool area is extremely slippery. Plus the grass and beach are so unmaintained, you’ll cut your foot if you walk barefoot.Apart from the constant street noise (which you might forget on live music night, when the pool bar tries to drown out the live music with Techno and Trance music that they also play all day), you’ll notice the smell.
