Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Views were beautiful

There is a nightclub on the property. It’s loud all night long. Very hard to fall asleep.

This is the jewel of Ponza, overlooking the stunning Chiaia di Luna beach. It is a true Italian resort with a fully stocked breakfast in front of the beautiful pool. I chose the plan which included dinner and it did not disappoint. The food at dinner was delicious and artistic, beautifully prepared and served. The staff are delightful, helpful and always pleasant, even at the end of their season.

I didn't like the dinner menu. Why are you serving Asian dishes in Italy? They attempted to give us a crappie table. We left and ate in the port.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean; the food/service is great and breakfast was a treat every morning. Overall, the experience at the hotel was nothing but positive and would recommend to anyone.

Great location, beautiful views, wonderful helpful staff, large complete breakfast with fresh eggs, fruit, hot croissants, meats, cheeses, sweets, coffees, etc! Lovely dinner poolside, close drive or shuttle to the port for shops and restaurants, took boat to Fortune Beach. Magnifico. We asked for room with only a few stairs, some rooms have more stairs. Highly Recommend this hotel. Ponza is beautiful.

Everything was great

The view!! the location!! the staff! I have never seen a location like this before, it felt raw and authentic yet comfortable and a touch of luxury all at the same time, an unforgettable stay!We had a room with terrace which was nice because it felt more spacious and had that extra outdoor area to hang up our clothes to dry.

The food at the dinner restaurant wasn't amazing, a bit bland but... with a view like that, it didn't even matter we had the best time and the staff were amazing.

The view from our room was quite awesome and the location of the hotel was an easy walk from town but also had a shuttle service that ran quite frequently within normal hours. My only complaint would be the power of the AC within the room not being quite as strong for hot summer months but all in all, great experience

The location of the hotel was fantastic! The view directly overlooking the sea, where you can watch a beautiful sunset, was stunning. We stayed in the suite, and our room was quite spacious. The terrace we had also offered plenty of space. There is a shuttle service from the center of Ponza, which makes getting around easier.

The service at the hotel was awful. In the hotel bar, you were barely served. There were often guests who left the bar because they weren't attended to. Most of the hotel staff were rather rude. When you greeted someone, most of the time, they wouldn't even acknowledge you with a glance. However, the worst service experience we had was in the restaurant. We went there to eat for two consecutive evenings. On the second evening, the waiter asked, "Do you have a reservation?" We said, "No." The waiter rolled his eyes and rudely said, "Then sit here!" There were still 12 free tables in the restaurant. We ordered our food and then waited about 30 minutes until my boyfriend’s appetizer arrived together with my main course. No explanation was given. After finishing the dishes, we waited another 40 minutes. Since we found it strange that the appetizer came with the main course and had been waiting for so long, we started wondering if my boyfriend's main course had been forgotten. So we asked the waiter. He responded rudely again, saying, "Well, you should have made a reservation! That’s what you get." We waited another 10 minutes, becoming increasingly annoyed, especially due to his rude behavior. Finally, the waiter brought my boyfriend's main course, but it was not what he had ordered. We pointed this out, and he just said, "No, maybe your girlfriend ate your main course." There was no apology for the wait, the wrong dish, or his rude attitude. At that point, we were very upset and told him we found him extremely rude, to which he responded even more disrespectfully.

Rooms quite dated and lacking of some maintenance/refresh. Missing some little extra comforts (e.g. coffee machine in the room) .Although the comfortable sleep, good food and location make it up for it

Things are starting to show a little bit of wear and tear, but it’s not really a problem.

This charming hotel is located in a prime location on Ponza, overlooking Chiaia De Luna beach. rooms are small but charming. nice view of the beach. wonderful sunsets from the hotel pool area and restaurant. owners are very attentive.Great breakfast in the morning!!loved the seawater pool. shuttle service to town is helpful.

limited shuttle service only until 8pm is an issue. the pool deck seating area is showing some wear and tear and needs a touch up - nothing major but stands out against everything else which was superb.

Disgusting! Avoid!

They stole my credit card information!! They charged me a disgusting unauthorised amount from my card and when I inquired why they did this after cancellation and from a while other card they began calling me names and now have refused to answer my emails! Avoid at all costs!

The location has a breathtaking view of one of the best beaches in the world it’s worth the trip alone.The structure is luxurious and elegant, the pool is nice and usable also before check in and after check out. The breakfast was really good with a big variety of italians and international choices. The room is nice and clean.

The room was a bit dark and didn’t have a good soundproofing, considering that the hotel organise music entertainment every day until midnight, that can be annoying if you decide to rest before that time.

It is a nice hotel with big potential But it needs maintenance for sure and renovation. the rooms are dated and so is the common areas.And the staff at the bar and restaurant lack of professionalism.
