    Pros +

    • The location and easy access to the beach. No hills or slopes to go up and down. We had a room on the third floor facing the street that has some noise in the morning but was quiet at night. We could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was nice with many TV channels in many languages. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the moussaka and pasticcio. I loved that the food in general was very flavorful and not overly salty. The fresh squeezed orange juice was greatly appreciated. The coffee was outstanding. It was brewed and served at the table. I appreciate that it was not from a machine. The entertainment was outstanding. The belly dancing was amazing and professional. Karaoke night was fun. There is a bus around the corner to go into the old city if you do not want to walk. The reception sell bus tickets. We walked one day and took the bus another day. The sea is very calm and easy to swim or go out on a lounger. We paid 7 euros a day for 2 loungers and an umbrella. The elevators at the hotel worked very well.
    • Very welcoming, clean and friendly. Just across the road to the beach. Enjoyed the Aquafit, Greek dance lesson and morning walk to village the Hotel provided by the hotel.
    • We liked the location on the main strip of the sea. It took us some time to walk to old town but there were tavernas and shops all along the way. The hotel looked nice with its twists and turns for walkways to get to the rooms. The room was smaller but the balcony was great looking out to the courtyard.

    Cons -

    • No shuttle service from airport. Swimming pool closed at 6 pm.
    • The pool closing at 7pm is so early and frustrating. It would be nice to come back in the evenings and swim after a long day of walking. It is also so distasteful to have the chains up around the pool once it closes. We were told the pool closed at 6 or 7pm. ⁹
    • Too few outlet, particularly USB ports for an ostensible 5 Star. Parking in an open lot (behind a gate and fence) seems a bit odd, when there is a parking deck under the hotel. Was nearly hit by a car exiting it when walking to retrieve my car.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site. Beds very comfortable. Cleaning team wonderful.

Breakfast was excellent although the staff in the breakfast expected people after 7:30 while many of us needed to hurry for tours. Even with ta brief confusion, their hospitality and flexibility shown.

Too few outlet, particularly USB ports for an ostensible 5 Star. Parking in an open lot (behind a gate and fence) seems a bit odd, when there is a parking deck under the hotel. Was nearly hit by a car exiting it when walking to retrieve my car.

The location is great - it is on the beach and close by to tons of great restaurants, supermarkets and tourtist shops. It is however a few KM away from the old town so you will need to walk/taxi/motorbike to that more central location.

Parking was difficult as they had a few spots but not enough for all guests

Excellent room and jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff

    6GregPosted on: 7-20-2023

The location was good, on the front of the esplanade.Good breakfast options

    1. The bar was too expensive for what it was. I was not impressed when I asked for a coke that they poured from an opened 2/3 full 500ml bottle left into a glass and charged me 3. 50 euro.. and kept the rest of the 1/3 for the next victim. 2. The pool was open 10 to 6 each day with the sighting of on the grounds of health and safety.... no, it was staffing cost cutting operations. 3. The air con was not the easiest to use when you opened and closes the balcony door.4. Beds had seen better years

Hotel location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was really nice - great choices every morning that were rotated each day. the staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful.

My main complaint is the internet at the hotel. It was really bad. terrible.

    a good location with parking

rooms dated and since just open a few days ago, rooms alittle musty

    4JuliPosted on: 10-26-2022

    Cleaning staff was really nice.

Breakfast and dinner was not good quality. Dinner did not include drinks, not even water. Rooms could be cleaner. Walls really thin, we could hear our neighbours.

    8StevenPosted on: 10-1-2022

Helpful staff, beach is literally on the doorstep of the hotel, large variety of food for breakfast and lots of facilities such as pools both indoor and outdoor etc.

The bathroom was not very clean and dated. The shower head was in the middle of the wall and therefore the water sprayed onto the floor. There was also black marks/mould round the plug hole and bath. There is also a residential area next to the hotel which has a dog that barks from early hours in the morning and is very annoying. Also beds share a wall with the neighbours tv so this can be loud as the walls seem thin.

The Staff were welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, the food and entertainment was good.On site Gym, within walking distance of the Beach, local eats and Old Town.

That the opportunity to give feedback on site was exclusively for the German visitors.

nice pool, nice staff. the breakfast was good. the fitness club is good. the location is ok, a lots of restaurants and bars 5 -10 min walk. 25 min walk to the center- old town, taxi for 7 euros.

i didnt have hot water in the shower…only warm.

    8VictoriaPosted on: 8-22-2022

location is walkable to the old town by 20 mins. you can easily get a taxi for €6 .Pool, beds are super and always available Beds on beach are payable and always available Towels provided. Breakfast fabulous. staff attentive

    nothing we didn’t like

    10LucyPosted on: 8-18-2022

Great selection of buffet breakfast and dinner. All staff couldn't do enough for us. Felt right at home! Great amenities near and the beach right in front of hotel with sunbeds for hotel guests. A lovely stay!

Taxis were a bit of an issue. Either have to wait at a rank or try and get the hotel to get you one, but they would never specify where they would pick up so someone would always nab it. Taxi to the town only 6 euros and taxis back from town always available,

    9AntonPosted on: 7-3-2022

location of the hotel on the first line., 30 minutes walk from the old town. there are a lot of delicious taverns and super markets around. the staff is polite, at a high level, always trying to help. cleaning of the rooms at the highest level, special thanks to Natalia, for the excellent work.

of the minuses, in the room in which we lived 405, the mattresses and pillows in the rooms are very hard
