The breakfast spread and staff

The hotel needed some improvements: shower head was rusty. Baseboard was coming unglued, bathroom door had a large ding, shower drain wasn¿t quick, etc.

Nice amenities, incredible breakfast, very friendly staff.

The beds could’ve been better that would be my only critique.

No parking available on the hotel, you need to find a public one. I found easy a parking place.

The room was great and clean. It close from downtown so perfect on the location. Pool is kinda creepy people see us from the street but i guess it’s okay. Breakfast was great.

The shower is really small if you are tall or a bit oversized it’s not that great.

Parking was paid parking and you had to keep buying cards from the Kiosk. Roof to garden was not available.

A good, modern hotel in the newer section of town but within easy walking distance of the old town. I liked the fact that there was a supermarket directly across the street, and appreciated that the hotel served a good breakfast which included eggs, meats and cheese. Friendly, helpful staff ready to go out of the way to ensure guests' comfort.

This hotel met all my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at the Olympic Paladium Hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were consistently cleaned and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money, providing excellent service and comfort without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay!

The location was excellent! The staff extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety !

The bath did not have shampoo and body wash only conditioner which was a bit inconvenient since we had to go grab shampoo from a nearby mini market

We never had breakfast. The location was excellent, central with a 24 hour car park adjacent to the hotel. It was within walking distance of a number of tavernas, cafes etc. The lady on reception was very helpful and polite, great value for money,mwe really enjoyed our stay.

The size of the entrance to the shower cubicle. It was alright for us but would be a tight squeeze for someone bigger.

Receptionist Filippos was great!

No shampoo, only soap bodylotion and conditioner.Not much lighting in the bathroom

Location was great, 10 minute walk from the bus station, close to the old city.The staff were very helpful, and changed my room when requested for greater comfort.Ideal for a solo traveler.

The bed in my initial room was very hard, but the staff were happy to change.

Just the location and nothing more

Everything else is a disaster. I don't know how they got this rating. The pictures do not show what the hotel is really like at all. There is no daily cleaning. There is 1 socket next to the bed and it can also be used for the bathroom. There was indeed an electric cooker, but there was no place to turn it on, and the sugar was in open bags, someone had already used them.The view is incredible, in the garbage, other people's terraces. The terrace could be washed sometime. It is for washing, not for cleaning. And the room for me is a little bigger pantry, dirty with a shaky bed and a light bulb hanging above my head. Disgusting and dirty. A disaster to say the least.

The location is great.The room was spacious Polite and helpful staff - we arrived around noon, so they arranged our check in earlier.

No hotel parking. Not even a drop-off spot. We hardly found parking nearby after 5 pm, hours after our arrival.Cleaning needs improvement. Old appliances and bad smell in the room and bathroom.Misplaced lightning in the room. It's totally inappropriate if you have a baby, eighter is light as day or you are blind as a bat at night.There is no soundproofing since you hear every step and knock in the hallway, the assembly in the school yard behind the hotel, or the traffic noise, with the windows closed.Breakfast was only passable since some of the food wasn't fresh, and the yoghurt had a strong maio flavour.

Excellent hotel located 5 minutes walking from the seafront in the tourist area of the city.Confortable room and beds, friendly, helpfull and welcoming staff.Good breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory options.Great choice if I were to go back there.
