Location and beds were comfortable and the living space was great!! Would rent it again for sure. Stuff was very friendly!!

Recently renovated apartment, in good clean condition. All the facilities I needed.

There was meant to be a change of towels etc. after 3 days but that didn't happen as there were no staff around, the taverna next door wasn't open yet where breakfast was meant to be on offer.

Location was excellent room is cleaned daily, room was well set out and nicely presented, amenities are great. The beach is lovely and the service on the beach is great too and the staff are fantastic

I think the hotel needs to think about getting suitable glazing on the doors to keep out the noise from outside. the noise from the traffic outside is very loud during the night and can keep you awake during the night.

This was a working holiday. I had read some previous reviews that the wifi was bad. I called the property before I booked it and they assured me that the wifi would be good and if not they would fix it. The wifi was awful. I could not work from my apartment. I spoke with the manager and he said he would put a booster in my room but that never happened.

A superb location, with a splendid view! We couldn't have found a better location.The food of the restaurat was great! I want to thank the staff at Birais for everything, always kind and attentive. Special thanks to Alex and Yanis who made our vacation wonderful! We just got home and we already miss you!

Perfect location, best part of beach with best access to town. Very friendly staff. Very clean room and well kept. Usable safe. reasonably comfy bed - be aware of good air-con (will be cold if setting low).

Bad smell in lift and bathroom on most days (seriously bad on one day). No privacy on balcony. Small room and tiny TV (if you're bothered?).

Overpriced and very poor - cold and indifferently served.

The location is very good - near the beach and the city center. Breakfast was simple, but really good quality food - fresh orange juice, good coffee. We had also lunch and dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. The hotel and restaurant staff are especially kind. Rooms are newly renovated.

It's a good location if you're looking to swim

The furniture and the room are quite old. The upper floors had started to be renovated, but the floor we stayed on was very outdated. If it's not a renovated room, it's better not to stay.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, excellent people. You can walk to the beach, to the old town from this location. Safe area for walking any time of day.

Location and room with facilities were great. The staff were friendly when there. The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. The balcony is nice. The bathroom clean.

There was hardly anyone available at the front desk and the online support seemed annoyed. No water provided on an island you can’t drink the water, but have to request water.

All staff member were so nice to us, we felt like a part of a big, calm family. We could see every morning the sea from our window and from the breakfast place, it was wonderful start of our days. The cleanliness was 10/10, they cleaned neatly every day. We loved it and looking forward to go back one day.

There wasn’t really wi-fi in our place, we used our internet.

The accommodation offers and amazing view of the sea, which is conveniently situated just 50m from the entrance. The staff is lovely and exhibits freat felixibility with all guest requests. Highly reccommend!

Our room was a bit noisy. The equipments could be a bit more modern (e.g TV, air conditioner). The bathroom is a bit small.

The noise, ease of access, was hard to find. Not very well signposted. Beds were narrow. Thought I was going to fall off at one stage.

Great place with the most delicious food at the restaurant by the hotel and convenient beachfront just across the street. We especially love the staff and how helpful and caring everyone is. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bakeries close by.

Can’t think of anything we particularly disliked.
