location is good.

it was a little noisy outside as hotel is close to busy road. but OK if balcony door closed.

Everything about this accomodation was great. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, well equipped, and cozy. The location is perfect, in the old town, there are many bakeries , bus station is just few minutes of walk away so it was really easy to get around. We had a really good time :)

Excellent location - just three minutes from the Guora Gate into the old town, and even closer to a splendid bakery that provided my breakfast each morning. Pleasant view from my balcony across to the central gardens. A lively market fills the parking lot across the way on Thursdays. Also, a short, level walk from the central bus station.

Comfortable room, but not really set up for stays of more than a couple of nights (I was there for a week). A hanging cupboard, but no drawers/shelves (apart from one small shelf at a height of about 1.90m at the top of the cupboard). Kettle and fridge provided, but only a modest supply of coffee/sugar (no milk) and I had to request for it to be replenished. Cramped bathroom with, once again, little space to put anything.

Beautiful hotel located very close to the center of the Rethymno (100 mt from one of the doors of the old city). The hotel has nice and comfortable rooms. The staff is also nice. I really recommend this hotel!

It was near the city centre which was super convient for late night strolls

There is nobody at the reception after 8pm. Also, the air conditioning broke because it is a central unit and if one person in one room messes with it, the whole hotel has no air conditioning for the whole night.They even asked to charge extra (10 euros per night!) for putting a crib in our

Everything! Hotel is near old town, the beach is 5 minutes away, bus station is 5 minutes away, so it is great location. The room was very clean. There was excellent wifi signal all over the hotel. All recomendations for this hotel

Everything was perfect. The hosts were amazing and wanted to help us about all the questions we had, they found us a rent a car company which we were really satisfied with. They hotel hosts even let us leave our bags and stuff all day at the loby, even though the check out was at 11am. Rooms were clean and well equiped, towels were changed daily. We really liked the position of the hotel, because its on the edge of the old town, takes 10 mins of relaxing walk to the beach. This was our first time visiting Rethymno and we ll come back for sure.

The bathroom did not look as nice. Was not up to the standard of the room. You get what you pay for though.

They don’t come to clean the 2-3 night we were there and not even changes the bath towels

Felt like a very cheap motel. Wasn't clean, room was ugly, it lacked a lot of the decoration that was in the photos. Bed was ot comfortable. Dirt, scratches and mold everywhere. Uncomfortable bed. I know this place is on the cheaper end, but its not that cheap to be as bad.

Modern & clean hotel located very near to the centre. The staff was very kind and flexible. They allowed us to check out a bit later with no extra charge. The bed was comfy.

The toilet is right inside the shower cabin. It's a bit uncomfortable to use it when the floor is still wet from the shower.

Arrived really early 10am and we were allowed to check in which was really nice of them. Rooms were lovely, clean, well equipped and very good price. Location is excellent for rethymnon Town and beach. Staff were all lovely would definitely stay again. Thankyou from Trudy and Linda ??x
