The view of the beach from the pool is beautiful especially at sunset. Beachside breakfast tables are a much nicer option than the breakfast room. Breakfast is good enough but not great. Old Town is an easy 20 minute walk. Rethymno bus station is an easy 8-10 minute walk.

Water in the rooms was only supplied on arrival day and then no more was given. Competitive sunbed situation with people reserving from around 7am but then not using the sunbeds until hours later. This meant we had to wake up early every day of our holiday to ensure a sunbed.

Room with sea view, very clean and comfortable, breakfast at the balcony next to the sea, good value for money.

It was a bit loud because of other guests, even with windows closed.

we stayed at this property in Crete and overall the experience was just ok. The hotel itself was decent but need of serious upgrades. The biggest disappointment was the beach- while it had potential to be beautiful, it was unfortunately dirty, a lots of wood, and even plastic. The location however was amazing, and the water was soo good.The room upstairs was extremely hot and even with air conditioner running, it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good,

The room was lovely, offering a beautiful view of the pool and beach, with the added benefit of private access. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to the city while still providing a relaxing atmosphere

The hotel isn't 4 star place. Very basic room, no wardrobe but just rack with few hangers, washbasin next to the bed(!!!!) instead of in the bathroom, old doors everywhere... thank God they had some greek yogurt for breakfast as the meaty options looked like ultra processed dog food.Don't ruin your holidays, choose something else.I'm glad we stayed only one night.

Beachfront yet close to the old town

Even we had a nice surprise once we arrived and we where “upgraded “ to the sea view room, our room was located exactly above the kitchen , and every morning starting 7Am we heard the breakfast prep, arranging, washing, moving the dishes

The staff was extremely nice, enough sun beds at the beach and pool, small but nice rooms and the location is amazing

Our room faced the road, not recommended if you’re a light sleeper. We had no problems. The bathroom sometimes smelled a little funny.

The Petradi Beach Hotel has a fantastic location right by the sea, offering beautiful views. The only downside was the high occupancy, so we couldn't extend our stay. It's located a bit far from the city center, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Best location by private beach. Breakfast by the beach was magical.

Room is not sound proof

Didn’t think it was that great, nothing like pictures or advertisement.

Lock on the door to get in was so hard to open. Ants on the floor through out the room and heaps in the bathroom. Could not see anything from the outside deck when you sat down except a brick wall. And could see into the neighbours patios. Also had to keep a curtain closed as the room next door could see into the bedroom. Also thought the breakfast was just very average.

It was a close enough distance to the Old Town to still be able to explore and have food but also far enough to still be away from crowds of people. There’s also a handful of amazing restaurants just minutes walk from the hotel with superb views of the sunset and fantastic food.The fact that they had their own beach front was amazing, there were always sun loungers available and it had such a beautiful view. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We found our experience to be nothing short of brilliant.

Apart from the hair dryer almost bursting open when I used it, there’s no real complaint at all!

The private beach and room view was amazing. The lady who checked me in was amazing, bags were delivered to my room and they set me up with the local food delivery app. In addition, the staff printed my boarding passes and booked me my taxis. The pool area was well managed and the cocktails were amazing plus they were served to you sun bed by the beach or pool . Towels weee changed daily and on point cleaning. All basic toiletries were provided. Ooh and I loved the fruits during breakfast.

Tight space between shower and toilet. Also be room telephone wasn’t working has to use my mobile. However, I would still stay here again.

Pool area not the cleanest and glasses take a while to be cleaned up, bar staff reluctant to serve drinks at times. Rooms need more storage and lighting. Breakfast wasn’t the nicest, ended up eating at the bakery as it didn’t seem fresh or very nice
