This hotel is amazing. There were 21 of us all together and the staff treated us like family. They went above and beyond. The location is the best, right across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk into the charming old town. But again, the staff is what makes this hotel phenomenal. Nothing! Everything was perfect for us.

We loved everything about this property, but especially the amazing staff that knew us after day one! They were the friendliest staff we ever have encountered. The rooms were very clean, great air conditioning, nice showers, breakfast delicious, we did have the evening buffet once because it was Greek evening with entertainment which was a lot of fun and tasty. Location is the best!

The staff were very helpful and friendly Carissa in particular and Michalis provided us with great advice on were to go on the island. Thank you.

The staff were the absolute best. We were with our 3 yr old and they were amazing with taking and looking out for her.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. The lobby and elevator smells of cigarettes, the elevator is tiny, couldn’t get inside with the baby’s stroller.The air conditioning in the room is very hold and takes time to cool, if you leave the room or open the balcony’s window, it shuts off and takes time to cool again.It is not view to the sea, it is side view.The rooms are small , we couldn’t open our luggage since we also have a baby and needed a bed for him.We shortened our trip and didn’t stay there the whole time we were supposed to because we didn’t have any space.

Excellent location with a private beach, a lot of places with delicious food.Friendly and willing to help staff, particularly at the reception desk. They assisted us with a travel recommendations and taxi to airport.

Not a big issue, but in a family suit, while an air conditioner works pretty well in the main room, it is somehow weak in the children's room.I also do not understand why you need to put 2 separate beds in the main room...

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. They also provided us with a complimentary sunset boat tour which was marvelous. Beach is also great.

Food could be better

Location, the hotel is right in front of the seaside and has access to a private beach. Air conditioning was also good as the temperature outside was hot. The bed was comfortable although we had 2single beds instead of a double bed

The overall look of the hotel felt old and dated.At first glance the room looked clean and tidy, but on closer inspection the tv had a thick layer of dust on top & there were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I’m blonde & husband is bald) also the paper doily under the drinking glasses looked like they’d been there for weeks. Breakfast was very chaotic, with waiting staff running around like crazy. Looking like they didn’t want to be there. The food offer wasn’t great either. Plenty of choices but the quality was poor.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent. Above all, the friendly and cordial staff make me recommend the hotel to others. If you want to visit Rethymno, come here.

Perfect location, very nice staff, excellent service, nice food. Just one of my favourite hotels in Rethymnon!

Hotel right across from the beach, easy to drive to, with excellent parking. About a 30-minute walk along the beach to the historical sites, which was perfect for a couple like us who enjoy daily outings.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff are all so lovely, we felt very safe here and the location is perfect as you’re both close to the old town and close to the beach! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and hope to stay again.We took a sail boat trip on the hotel boat and it was such a fun excursion, beautiful views and a lovely boat so definitely recommend this too.

Pool area a little small, with limited lounges and right on the road.

Very friendly staff made sure that all was great. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. The cheif asked if there was anything missing that he could provide for us.... all the staff work very hard and i hope the management know that and give them all a pay raise! The best person of all was the hostess at the brekfast who from the first day she greated us become a friend.

The apartment was very spacious
