Lovely view and calming atmosphere with the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Front desk along the most helpful I’ve ever encountered. Would gladly return in a heartbeat for a longer stay.

Very beautiful and very clean!! A bit small for a full 2 bedroom on two floors. We had no privacy with the Windows so we kept them closed… overall, it’s nice but a bit expensive for a unit with no pool and and very close to the road and noises.

I liked the proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. The modern decor and the aesthetic of the building.

It was located on a very busy street which made it hard to cross at night. The beach had a minimal shoreline, there were rocks with small areas of sand. Lastly, the bedsheets had several stains on them however housekeeping took care of it immediately the next day and replaced them with crisp clean white sheets. Everything else was clean and well organized.

Right on the beach with its own set of seats and shower. Very modern. Convenient parking . Really good restaurants walking distance.

Advertised as sound proof but clearly wasn’t. Could hear all the neighbors. Located on a busy road and the traffic was loud.Advertised access to streaming services on the tv, however the tv didn’t actually have internet

Nice private beach location with view of the fort. We had a front and side sea view. 15 minute walk to town. A quiet retreat to come back to after sightseeing. Close to grocery stores and the bus station

The rooms were genuinely nice and clean. It was technically beach front. The bed was comfortable. but... see below.

We felt like the absolute bare minimum was done to be able to "check-off" criteria to be able to say they have a "kitchen" and washing facilities. The kitchen feels like it was designed / stocked by a person who has never cooked a day in their life. It was missing basic / essential utensils. NO OVEN which was really disappointing for us as we had bought ingredients to cook food in an oven. There was no oil, salt or pepper.Granted, there was a washing machine, but I am pretty sure it is the smallest load possible, and we were rashioned 5 pegs (that isn't even enough to hang up 1 outfit). There was no washing liquid in the room. We had to ask for it, and were told to get it from behind the check-in desk. When we used the washing machine, the door kept getting stuck / locked after the cycle had finished. The check-in process was very weird. We were asked multiple times for our ETA, but when we arrived we were buzzed in remotely, and our key card was left on the desk. The whole building is clinical / impersonal and not thoughtfully designed. The aircon kept turning itself off. There were random lights from the wall aircon remote, power box and exit sign at night.It actually felt like we were trapped in some AI horror house. We were also put in one of the side rooms. I thought we were getting a beach front mezzanine as that is what the photos showed. The location was also very run down, with buildings falling apart, wrecked cars, stray animals, etc. It seemed as if the businesses were getting ready for the summer, and perhaps the experience would be better then, but I wouldn't come back to this town.

Received a warm Wellcome from Nicos at the reception.I mentioned that it was my sister’s birthday and he left a birthday cake in her room. Above and beyond!

Nice, modern apartment, very clean. We had an apartment with a front sea view and we loved it. Staff was very kind and responsive. We loved having a balcony with a table and chairs, loved watching and listening to the sea. Just noticing that not all rooms have the sea view and there is a road in front of the hotel. It was very practical for us to have a washing machine.The beach is just by the hotel, but it's a rocky beach so you need shoes. The sea was still warm enough to swim but a bit too wavy. All is very well organised, easy check-in. Car park in a walking distance.

It would be even better to have a coffe machine and a basic supply for tea, coffee etc. hovewer, some of that was quickly provided on our request. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom,, probably from the pipes.

The location was good with several restaurants close by. Our room was a superior apartment with city view. I would have preferred a sea view but they were sold out.

The room is not supplied with tea bags or washing powder which is an oversight I think. You don't want to be buying a full box of tea bags for a few nights stay and the same with washing powder. The beach is very stoney so it is difficult to get and out of the sea.

Clean and modern with plenty of room

It was very close to a busy road. Getting luggage to the property was difficult even though parking was available. Beach was very average quality and quite narrow. It wasn’t what it seemed online. The 15 euro breakfast was expensive for what it was and I’d already paid and couldn’t cancel.

It was easy to get to from Chania airport via bus, definitely use this as it's 8euros each compared to 100euro taxi! Nice that it has its own beach area right at the back of the hotel with beds, so it's easy to get to. Quite a few restaurants nearby too. We stayed for the location as we were attending a wedding in Rethymno.

The timings of reception being manned was unclear which sometimes made it difficult to get help and info as over the phone was difficult. Taxis were sometimes hard to come by, especially when you were only doing a short distance, sometimes the taxis weren't interested, and as nobody was at reception, it sometimes made it a bit stressful. If we were staying for longer, we probably would have looked at staying closer to Rethymno town.
