M City Hotel

Great location. Well run hotel. Our second visit after we had a great first visit experience. Would definately use in future if visiting Chania again.

Hard to criticise, rooms have everything a traveller needs.

Great overall experience. Hotel is almost new and maintained to a high standard. Cleaning is excellent. Our first impression was positive with a friendly welcome by the manager at reception. Excellent English and a sense of humour helped answer our questions and get us settled quickly into our room. A request for extra pillows was met immediately.The breakfast was very good and included several local specialities and fresh pastries. Location is good with shops, harbour, main bus station and some excellent restaurants within a short walk.Wifi worked flawlessly.

It's hard to fault anything, rooms have been designed with travellers in mind and contain everything needed including comfortable beds, good linen even fluffy dressing gowns

The hotel is minutes from the bus station and Old Town. The staff was very helpful. We had to leave before breakfast and they provided a take out breakfast box.

The area was a little down market but safe.

Good location a short walk from the old town and easy to get in and out by car to explore a little further afield. Warm and welcoming staff who seem to genuinely care about the service they provide. Good selection at breakfast and a spotlessly clean room

The hotel was great, very very clean, breakfast was very delicious, the staff was very nice and friendly. I recommend it. There was small details that make big impression such as makeup cleaner, second room card, parking (for pay but still very comfortable). Thank you for the wonderful time!

The hotel and the room were very clean, the beds were comfy and the interior was new.The terrace was big enough with the only comment that there wasn’t a place to hang our towels and swimsuits after coming back from the beach.The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. There were fresh fruits, baked sweets, good coffee and everything which comes to your mind. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only unpleasant thing was that we need to pay additionally 10 euros per day for parking. My recommendation is to calculate the price for the parking in the booking, so your guests won’t need to be bothered with that and just go and park their cars.

This is an ideal hotel for Chania town exploration, situated very close to the Chania centre. You can rent a car and explore west Crete during the day but in the evenings you will be close to the beautiful Chania city’s attractions and restaurants/tavernas. Extremely kind and friendly staff happy to give you advice and tips for hidden Crete gems/places.

We liked everything! The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable. It's really super clean. The breakfast was great! Espresso machine with cappuccino option is a big plus. The location is also great! Right next to old city with a lot of options to park the car for free around the hotel which is a big plus for us as we had rented a car. The stuff is very polite and welcoming! We followed their recommendations for restaurants and we are really delighted. Thanks for everything!

Quiet location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Chania.

The Staff were excellent, good interaction and very helpful.Breakfast very sufficient

The room was very clean and modern. It was built and decorated with care and style. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower powerful.

The staff is really friendly.Comfortable hotel in a good location near the main area, but one must walk about 15min.Breakfast had a variety of options.

Our room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Out of 4 nights, the bed was made once.Towels were changed, but bed would not be made.

Top place to stay. Katarina was fantastic and she ensured the rooms are cleaned every morning. I recommend M City Hotel

Fair price and the breakfast time was very accommodating.

It was a good 15-20 minute walk from the restaurants along the harbour. The bathroom amenities were not replaced.

Garage extra pay

Staff was nice. Location convenient close to the center, altough it makes it difficult to park, nevertheless the hotel has a great deal for a parking next to it for 10euros a day.

When coming late to breakfast, there was not so much choice left. (Due to people unfortunatly taking away some sandwiches...)
