We liked being able to have dinners near the Courthouse around the circle. The Old Town by the docks were too busy, but, it was nice to be able to walk there. Also the Archeological Museum was walkable and amazing!

Our initial impression was not good because it took over an hour to find a parking spot. We particularly researched a place with available parking. We arrived mid-day so maybe it was extra busy. Later on parking opened up.

Kind staff, location away from the very crowded old section of town, nice room with double-windows so outside noise minimized.

Parking was quite difficult as we had to depend on street parking, which was difficult to find. The receptionist found a parking spot for us nearby, but we ended up leaving the car there for the 2 days there.

Everything! Breakfast had many good options. Room was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Twice they provided us with an early breakfast.

Some guests want towels changed every day, but i think this is not very good for our environment!

The hotel was very beautiful with exceptional rooms and pool area. Dina and the staff were super attentive and helpful with all inquiries. It was truly a joy to stay at Epavli Boutique.

The room was roomy and cool. Modern fittings, excellent bed. Staff were very helpful with advice on places to go.

We stayed 6 nights but 2 days were rainy and we couldn't have breakfast anywhere but in our bedrooms as there is no communal area to eat under cover.

We loved our stay with Dina and the team at Epavli! From the warmest of welcomes, to the quiet neighbourhood that was only a short walk from Chania centre, it was perfect for our trip. We would happily recommend to other people who are looking for a place close to town with plenty to do!

Smart, stylish boutique hotel about 15 minutes from the old Venetian harbour in Chania. Maria and Dina couldn't have been more helpful, from their efficient breakfast service to answering any queries regarding restaurant options or booking an airport taxi. Dina even provided a packed lunch one day ( we missed breakfast due to an early morning tour )..I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home from home in Chania

Good location for exploring the city. The room was disappointing as there was so much humidity and condensation, walls, and floor wet. Unable to open windows as they opened directly onto the entrance, so no privacy at all.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and one-of-a-time garden.

Very nice hotel and only about a 15-20 minute walk to old Chania. The room was spacious and very clean. Nice patio area and garden in the back along with a pool. Breakfast was in the garden area and you chose what you w Syed to eat the day before. Staff was wonderful!

Very friendly staff, nice and clean hotel, amazing breakfast under two big avocado trees in the garden. Overall very pleasant stay, would recommend.

Room was facing the road, but still quiet with windows closed.

Oasis in middle of a busy city. Close proximity to beach, old town and lovely residential area. Very comfortable room

Very clean and modern. Staff were excellent.

No lift. Stairs a little tight for carrying luggage. Front door has been left open when we got in at midnight.

A bit outside the touristic centre and great if you want to enjoy a bit more calm stay. The walk to the old town is about 15 min and great if you combine it with walking along the coast. Recommended!

Nothing bad in this place ?

Breakfast under the avocado tree was a nice touch. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day. Our room was small but clean. Dina was lovely and kind every morning

Dina was amazing and very sweet and helpful you can tell she loves what she does and that was very refreshing. It was also awesome to find a fellow Canadian in the Island of Crete! :) the other staff members were also very kind. The boutique hotel itself was gorgeous inside and out quiet and very clean! Also the perfect location for driving or walking to any destination in Chania! We would definitely stay again! Thank you again Dina for your hospitality! The welcome drinks were also a sweet surprise! The breakfast included was very personalized and delicious!

The parking available was street parking if you’re not comfortable with parallel parking on a busy street it can be challenging !

An absolutely delightful hotel. My room was stunning, the pool area is very relaxing, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful (especially Dina and Maria).There are some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket just down the road - then only a 15 minute walk to the old town for more restaurant and bar options.

The only minor friction was having to order breakfast the day before, but the breakfast itself is exceptionally good.
