Wonderful location, well appointed rooms, front desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Right by the harbor!

There are no elevators in this hotel-if stairs are an issue this would not be the best place to stay.

The location was amazing with great views. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I would stay here again!

I could hear a little noise from bars on the harbor late at night. I still slept well.

The location was very convenient to the old town and the harbor, everything was walkable. I really liked the mix of old and new in the room’s interior! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, than you Ada for all your tips and suggestions, especially the free parking down by the water.

The host is nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The view outside the window is sooooooo beautiful. The balcony is opposite to the beacon, so we enjoy the view of the ocean and the beacon everyday. Chinia is such a great place, we have good memories.

Beautiful location and beautiful view of the old harbor. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and the windows were large and clean. Everything was perfect for our stay. We will return here, God willing!

Comfortable, well appointed rooms make for a restful stay. The port-facing rooms provide a beautiful view. The location is perfect to walk to the nearby areas of interest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful with local area information and dining tips.

The suite was spacious and clean, overlooking the harbour with an incredible view of the lighthouse. Just steps to many restaurants, bars and cafes, you never have to go far for whatever you need. Friendly staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chania.

Location is everything! You are in the heart of old town port. You can't ask for a better location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning in room is great especially during the hot days. Some have waterfront views..pick those. You won't regret that view.

Breakfast is off site no longer delivered and minimal choices, better to just explore options yourself. Third floor can be tough with luggage, be mindful there is no assistance or elevator. We requested some transportation set up, and that became difficult with some of the drivers selected for us. Our needs were not met with this. Communication between them was not good, and we were left scrambling to figure things out.

In terms of location of absolutely exceeded our expectations. Zero overlooking the water with the balcony couldn't have been nicer, and we spent hours out there, enjoying the sights, and sounds of the water and the people enjoying the pier. Despite being you're so many people, I would say it was adequately soundproof, and the blackout curtains kept all light out at night. The bathroom is fantastic and state of the art, and everyone who worked in the hotel could not of been more accommodating and nicer to us. It was an absolute dream vacation spot, and we would definitely stay there again.

Nothing, it was perfect!

This is a great location in Chania. The rooms were very good. We liked the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet. This was our first time on Crete, and I don't think we could've picked a better stop to stay. Close to everything, but noise was not a problem. Great stay!

Great location and very clean rooms. The hotel is within walking distance to everything. we would definitely stay here again.

Location location location on the Venetian Harbour

Not easy to carry heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect. View was amazing.

It was a walk up to the third floor. Just be prepared if mobility challenged.

All about location. The room is clean and comfortable with nice amenities. But stay here for the view of the harbor.

Our stay here was very comfortable, great bed, great showers and a wonderful view of the harbour. It's really Central and close to all of the cities tavernas and bars. Highly recommended

If mobility is an issue it is best to ask for the ground floor apartment; ours was on the third floor and there are no lifts.
