The Breakfast was very good, facilities well maintained and staff very happy to help.

The size of the room was a bit small and cramped.

The pool was wonderful, the breakfast was also very good. Location was ideal. Free parking nearby. Everything worked out great.

Breakfast offered a variety from eggs, bacon, ham, etc, to fresh fruits, baked goods and breads, various jams, honey, etc coffee, freshly squeezed juices.

Location is perfect, close to a restaurant and bar strip, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 minutes to the public transport bus station. Staff are the standout stars of this hotel, attentive, professional, welcoming and efficient.Rooms vary but always spotlessly clean and high quality linen. Pool is very well kept, very clean and well managed

Location was perfect. Could walk to everything. I went during the colder time of year that was the only bad thing. Had it been hot outside, I'm sure it would have been better. Breakfast was good, nothing extravagant but good selections. All you can eat.

Many protests were going on outside. not sure if it was just a one off, but it got pretty annoying at times.

The location was great, we walked to the harbor and all around the old town area. The staff was excellent.

The previous customer must've been smoking in the room before we go there. The Bedsheets had smoke smell to it. They should or ought to have cleaned the bed sheets or changed out the bedsheets completely.

Location, south facing balcony, lovely pool area, breakfast, complimentary raki and wonderful staff. Oh and the air-conditioning!

The Breakfast was amazing. The location is excellent, you can walk to the center in 10 min. The staff were all very kind.

Breakfast was lovely. Room, when finally sorted was sufficient. We first got a view of a brick wall (when we booked a "city view"). They changed our room when I pointed this out, although we had to wait. The hotel is well located, a small walk to the cove with stunning views, restaurants and bars, places to walk down steps and into the mediterranean to swim, and close to the old town. I loved Chania.

Not sure it was a 4 or 5 star hotel... but it's Greece...

This is a lovely well maintained hotel close the heart of Chania and all its attractions. The staff are without exception efficient, courteous and professional. The breakfast was very good with ample choice.
