Serenissima Boutique Hotel

Location. It is located in a nice area of town.Room was very clean.Young man in front desk was very kind.

Breakfast was meager. Lady was stressed by the fact that I requested fruits with it.Hotel advertises free parking, when in reality there is no way to get a car to that part of town; I had to leave my rental car in a paid parking 4 blocks from the hotel

Everything, exceptional breakfast, the staff was incredible. Location is above 10!

Pillows were too big and hard, and mattress too soft.

Loved the location and the bed felt like a cloud! The breakfast was lovely too!

I thought it was tiny bit dated in the rooms considering it was a 5 star hotel! The shower was a little odd and the amenities in the room (aka the tv, no outlets by the bed etc) were a lil dated. But still nice!

Staff were polite but not overly helpful or friendly. Room was on two levels so constantly up and down. Bed uncomfortable. Not a 5 star hotel.

Everything from the staff, to the open air terrace and right in old town where the room was very quiet. The breakfast was cooked to order. It was an amazing stay.

Although there was a mix of firm to softer pillows, not knowing which to select could impact that first night sleep.

Very interesting, beautiful, nice and fancy old building. Beautiful interior and decorations. Amazing breakfast (à la carte). Perfect location, in the heart of the old town.

When we arrived, it was my birthday. They didn't recognise it at all, only said congratulations. The air conditioning in the room was very weak. Cleaners started to clean all the public areas with a shower very early in the morning, and it caused a lot of noise. There is no elevator in the building, so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs.

The free breakfast was some of the best tasting food all trip. There was something so comfortable about walking through the front doors ooff the streets of Chania.

The room we were in wasn't the best of views, but not the biggest of deals.

The room we had had an internal courtyard view but the room had adequate room, good shower and bed.The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was delicious and the whole place smelled divine - thanks to the huge jasmine tree in the inner courtyard

Location was near the water and all the shopping, on a narrow alley. The staff was gracious and helpful with dinner suggestions and our room was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be prepared to park a short walk away. Breakfast was elegant.

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the old town, but also near the Venetian port. Our room was beautiful, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was stylish and functional. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were delightful and helpful, particularly Carolina. There’s nothing we can fault about our stay!

An outstanding boutique hotel right in heart of Chania. As Chania can be quite busy and hot it was awesome to walk through the doors at the end of the day to a quiet oasis. The staff were lovely and full of helpful information. They booked our transfers for us and checked everyday to ensure we were happy with our vacation. The room was great, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We could not have asked for any more than Serenissima delivered. Truly outstanding.

Quiet and comfortable with delicious breakfasts and friendly, obliging staff. Lovely touches with luxury toiletries and fine breakfast tableware. Steps away from the wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops and port.

It was so beautifully presented and conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and the waterfront but still a short walk out of old town.Staff were very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.

Great place in the heart of the old town, just a min away from the old harbour. The room was clean and cozy. Polite staff and ready to assist. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay and the young lady that served it was super kind and smiley. Will book again this place next time at Chania!
