- The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helped research things for us to do when the weather changed some of our plans. The breakfast was excellent, and they served us tea and coffee and homemade cookies when we arrived. The latex bed was comfy.

- Comfortable place. awesome location. a great vacation with family on beautiful crete
Cons -
- The pigeons made a lot of noise in the morning when they walked on our roof after sunrise, so it was hard to go back to sleep. A heavy rain also caused a little bit of leaking around the windows, but we just mopped it up with towels.
- All good. No complaints. Sorry to leave.

Our favorite lodging in Greece, and we had 4 of them. The wonderful, helpful, friendly staff was the highlight. Great breakfast and wonderful courtyard. Excellent location. We really felt at home and were sad to leave. The room, bath, etc all good. Not amazing, but more than suited our needs. One of our best nights out at Adespoto restaurant and one of our best walking excursions were due to management recommendations. They even packed a breakfast for us one day when we had to leave early in the morning.
All good. No complaints. Sorry to leave.
Beautifully kept property, with a very comfortable and clean room. Great location, right in old town. They also serve a wonderful breakfast with a lot of choices in a beautiful courtyard. Highly recommend!
Nothing, it was perfect
I needed a hiking stick to do the Samaria Gorge hike, I mentioned this to the staff. Ther next morning there was one hanging on my door.
Great location
Área cannot be reached by cars. Which is good. But be mindful of big luggage’s or finding taxis early in morning
Location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet
Location pluses: It was very nice to be in the middle of the city. The area was beautiful. It felt a little bit of like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious, we even had an early breakfast basket the day we left for the airport and it was quite delicious! Yogurt with honey and homemade granola with lots of fruit! The granola is a must try.Really nice staff, very helpful in whatever you might need. Even helped us with our parking ticket!
The cons for us were really things the hotel can't influence, but travelers should note in planning. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself! :) - Location. Parking was absolutely awful, it took me an hour and a half to find somewhere to park. I had seen from other reviews it could be bad but most of the time okay. We came on a Saturday night... I do not recommend doing that. The next morning closer parking spots were available. However, by then we had realized we had accidentally parked illegally the night before following what we thought the locals were doing. The police had taken the plates from our rental car. So we had to pay 150e at the post office.. then waited 3 hours at the police station to get our plates back. Moral of the story, either don't rent a car in old town chania, or don't get there on a Saturday night. -Location cont.: If you get a close spot you will still have to drag your bags through old town as well as up some steep stairs. So keep this in mind while packing :)
The staff took very good care of us. They were genuinely interested in helping us with our itinerary and definitely went above and beyond to make our stay special. For example, they packed us a picnic basket breakfast when we were getting up earlier than the allotted breakfast time.
Loved everything.
The location is perfect. The room was nicely designed and cosy and had everything we needed. It was cleaned and well maintained.
Nothing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back
It was the perfect place to be. In the old city next door to restaurants and shops and close to the waterfront. The hotel is quaint and quiet and an extremely comfortable.
Hotel Off is a beautiful hotel located right in the oldTown of Chania, by the port. Excellent location for walking around, shopping and enjoying all the cafes and restaurants Chania has to offer. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the property’s courtyard and rooftop area. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well after our travels. And the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. The staff was welcoming and also extremely helpful in providing information during our stay and helping us to book taxis. Can’t say about good things about our stay! Only wish we had stayed longer!
This was such a special place to stay. So clean and lovely flowers blooming, wonderful breakfast, unique room with views, helpful staff. Such a serene setting, yet so close to waterfront and surrounded with fun shops and places to eat. Highly recommend!
Perfect little hotel in the old city, but really nicely renovated old townhouse with all modern amenities, comfortable and super nice breakfast in the courtyard. One of the best stays in the Chania old town and I had been in many places there.
The hotel should update the address, because the street is so small that doesnt even show up in Google maps and also the reception is actually on the corner with a larger street; so you arrive in the entrance and you dont find any reception. After this initial negative experience, everything else was perfect.
Location was fantastic. So close to Chania Old Town, easy walk to restaurants, cafes, bars & shopping. Breakfast was sensational. Would stay here again & recommend to family & friends.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was good.
Room was not part of the main hotel, just a around the corner above a store. Was not a problem but also was not disclosed ahead of time.
Chic minimalist room. Very quiet at night though near to the front
We loved our stay here in Chania. If you like being close to the venetian port, this location is ideal. We parked the car at the old factory and wheeled the cases to the hotel for two nights. The room was well laid out (with steps, might be tricky with mobility issues). It overlooked two gardens although we mostly had blinds drawn to keep it cool. Air conditioner worked well. There were plenty of complementary drinks in the fridge. The shower was really powerful. They also have a beautiful roof garden with a beautiful view of the port. Breakfast was a major highlight for us, several types of eggs, sourdough bread, pastries, delicious cakes, yoghurts etc, which was enjoyed in the shaded courtyard. Our host, Maria, was welcoming and helpful with travel advice. Everything is walkable along the colourful lanes in Chania. If we return, we will definitely be staying here.
Very central, free parking nearby. Breakfast was tasty!
