It's a very convenient location. Close to all kinds of amenities, and attractions. The staff are very helpful and always on hand if you need help.

I had difficulty with the shower. It's a bit complicated at first because it's not a conventional design. Also you need to climb stairs which didn't bother me because I like the exercise, but some people may not. It would be nice if they had dimmers on the main lights. The kitchen station is too small and not very practical. It would be nice to have a larger fridge so that you could buy more yummy food from the street market right outside your front door every Saturday. I would still stay here again regardless.

Location is perfect if you want a quiet area, not in the city center where are all the shops and restaurants, but very close to them, a 5min walk. We liked our room very much, it had everything we needed. The balcony is nice and has a great view. We had the quadruple room with partial sea view. The staff was very kind and friendly. Overall I recommend this place.

Great location, beach and old town all within walking distance. The airport was also only 20 minutes of a drive away. The apartments were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The staff were very helpful taking care of our bags before checkin and helping to book a taxi to the airport for our big group.

The shower was difficult to use and leaked which left the bathroom floor soaked. Not a big issue seen as though everything else was perfect.

The room was very clean. All the employees were very kind especially Matilda.

Clean comfortable room on edge of old town. There is a staffed reception making checkin straightforward. Pleasant staff.There’s street parking and if nothing available there’s a large carpark at end of street, that you will need the Chania parking app for.Bars, restaurants and marina start at 250 m stroll away.

The room balcony could not be accessed or used because of a permanently fixed fly screen in front of the double doors. Bit unusual.Street relatively quiet but a bit scruffy.

Ideal location. Good value for money. Friendly host. Clean and tidy. Balcony was small but purposeful.

The location is great, 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the port. The cleanliness is excellent. The communication with the reception is very easy and fast, they are polite, helpful and always respond if there is a problem.

Beds were fine and we liked the location and small balcony.

The kitchenette was very small and poorly equipped. The door of the bathroom didn’t move correctly.

Location was perfect! Quick and easy access to everything you need nearby. Was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep too.We loved the size of the room too, was exceptional.Over all very happy with the stay and the service from staff.

Excellent location close to the port, on the quieter side of it. Large apartment, beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed good wifi connection.

The room was quite big and really nice. The property was in a great location and it was really easy to walk to town or to the bus station. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

The only downside of the property was that you could sometimes hear the main door a bit loud at night when people were coming home, but otherwise we didn’t hear much from other rooms.

Hard to find free parking places. Hard to stop even for the luggages. Front Road is 2 way until 19:00 and one way after till morning. So be careful which way you driving. There is paid parking places nearby. Some of them was free from 21:00 till 07:00.
